Bought a foam basketball. Quality is fine. Delivery took 2 weeks. The company is not based in the US (it's a fake address!), but in China. However, this is a legit store.

Received my order after about three weeks in decent packaging. Quality is acceptable for the affordable price, although construction feels slightly flimsy. It functions reasonably well, but overall nothing exceptional. Shipping could be faster, yet considering cost, waiting time and quality balance out fairly in terms of expectations.
