This is my first foray into UGC software and I must say it was completely stress free. Currently I have explored only a small section of the available features but I can report an extremely positive experience. The UI is very intuitive and easy to use, such that within, literally minutes, I was able to produce numerous Avatar fronted ads for my marketing business. The AI is superb and sophisticated; the quality of the video is excellent and the avatars look amazing with flawless animation. Overall I would highly recommend this software as a premier but affordable UGC platform.

Creatify Ai is excellent delivers exactly what it promises. The Aurora Avatar’s realistic videos are outstanding. I’ve been using Creatify Ai for a bit now and I’m happy with it. The app is clear and easy to use. I made my first video in a few minutes without getting stuck. As I said the best part is the Aurora Avatar, the videos look surprisingly real, the lip-sync matches well, eye movement looks natural, and the overall feel is professional, and it saves me a lot of time. So in short Creatify Ai is solid.

From the customer service perspective, it was great. I just started using this tool, so I don't know it well, and I also have a language barrier, the guy helped me was so helpful and nice to expain in detail

The service is one of the best on the market. I especially liked the fact that everything is customizable, and in the end, I can get the perfect result for my needs. The avatar and voice are stunningly realistic.

The fact that its half the price of other UGC ad creative websites out there really sold it for me. Creatify is also relatively easy to use and navigate. The only downside is that sometimes the creative can take upwards of 45 minutes to upload sometimes. But overall, I do use it everyday and saves me lots of time.

I had a very bad experience with Creatify.
Months ago, I signed up and was charged for a subscription I didn’t want. I contacted support, and they told me it was cancelled — I even saw no active subscription in my account.

However, months later, I discovered that they’ve still been charging me €50 every month!
No confirmation, no email reminders, and no active subscription showing in my profile.

This is unacceptable. I feel completely misled and disappointed. I’ve now contacted them again and expect a full refund for all unauthorized charges.

Bad experience. Difficult and scammy process to unsubscribe. Was being charged for months although was sure the subscription was cancelled. They refused to provide full refund hiding behind their terms. Wouldn't recommend.

I signed up for Creatify.AI in 10/2024. I used it for awhile then stopped using it due to some issues I was having with my ecommerce stores. On 10/24/2025, I was charged $588 for the yearly membership. I never received a renewal email from them otherwise I would have canceled since I have not used it for months. As soon as I saw the charge on my credit card on 10/29/2025, I reached out to the company explaining my personal situation and why I have not used it for months and asked if I could cancel and get a prorated refund since I didn't receive a renewal email. Unfortunately I was told that they DO NOT HAVE REFUND POLICY AND WON'T BE ABLE TO REFUND ME. I begged the representative to talk to a manager because $588 is alot of money for me at this time as I am unemployed and caring for my ill elderly father. I explaining that if I would have gotten a renewal email I would have canceled my subscription in time. These auto subscriptions nowadays are #1 way for businesses to make money because they do not send renewal email and keep charging you and have NO REFUND POLICY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CREATIFY.AI TO ANYONE.

What I love most:
