Been working with Créatif and Flavius for about four years. He had to do a complete redesign and migration of our identity to a cater to a more mature, corporate B2B clientele.
Highly recommended, some of the best team we ever worked with. Now they are continuing to do the support and continous delivery, while always proposing and advising some industry best practices.
We had a 1 week timeline to prepare our website and marketing material for a conference and Flavius literally done a flawless job. Not only that he managed to finish everything but he done it in a very professional way.
If I could, I would give no star, but my website wasn't working properly after 7 months of creatif working on it. They promised a better website than the model I provided but they underdelivered. I must now hire an attorney to fight for my money as they don't refund me and they didn't even sent an offboarding email where is stated that the website is ready. I asked a few weeks ago when can I add my products and they say I rush but from June 2025 as per the first bill I think there is more than 10 weeks, not the time bothers me but the lack of functionality and professionalism also the fight around the refund that they should give when i am not satisfied at all and I didn't yet used the product. I will update my review when the trial ends in Court.

Also I deleted nothing from the website as that is not in my interest and I only wanted a great website as you promised.
In addition to this if you are a great developer you can find out that I didn't touch the website at all and your work.
If I would have been a hacker I wouldn't pay more than 5000 Euros for a website where the clients can't select the colour only after they select a size and that was not our initial deal. Also the pictures were all not to size as per screenshots.
We will discuss in court very soon and also I can't accept you share my project information in docs here.
I don't know what happened but my only interest was to have my project finished in December as it lasted from june. I was also a flexibel client but can't wait a year for a website that doesn't look as I wish and always making compromises because you are not able to find solutions and everytime I wanted to add a product I had another error coming making my work impossible and making me lose time and money.
I also express my personal experience and I don't spread disinformation over the internet. I am also free to express myself and review your services and if you are as good as you say one negative review won't ruin everything as the total score is the amount of the positive and negative reviews.
If you would have made what you promised you'd have a great review right now and expressing the truth I guess sometimes hurts but also with your service hurt people by taking money and promising a lot and accomplish almost none of what you first promised.
A website at over 5000 Euros don't have to be just functional but has to meet the expectations we agreed to and all the specifications.
If you are not comfortable with me expressing my experience and the truth then you should not have your business on Trustpilot.
Trustpilot is built for people so they could know approximately who to trust in this online ocean but I wanted to give you a chance even if you have not many reviews and also you don't offer 24/7 assistance and timeless problem solving as you advertise. That is called false advertising to be honest and ask for money after to assist with something that is not even finished after just paying more than 5000 is even more unprofessional.
Hope you agree with the terms my lawyer will send you otherwise we'll start the legal procedure and there we'll discuss everything in detail.
That means more cost to me for now but I come here with this review so people can carefully choose their options and don't have to go to trial if they are not satisfied with how the website is made and functionalities are problematic and every time a product was added another linked problem arise and that for months.
Hope you have a great day and your unprofessionalism it's making everything harder for people to have their rights respected saying the client has no right to complaint as the time has passed when you didn't even had a offboarding call or email informing when everything is ready.
I wish you all the best and all I want you to do is to negociate peacefully and accept you did a big mistake. In my business if the people are not satisfied with my work I work until they are but also sticking to the deadline not for years because I know everyone loses time and money if they pay for a service they need in a week or two or a month.
Long story short you are the only one that had a lot of patience from my side and destroyed my trust in 7 months as you were not able to build a website where I could add my products flawless without errors to appear. I am tired of your bugs errors and limitations given by others, I didn't pay a school child to do it but a company and I waited seriousity.

YOU DID MULTIPLE REVIEW STAGES (to design, functionality, product listing, this proves nothing but the fact THE WEBSITE WAS FUNCTIONAL. There are conversations and a lot of messages that shows THE WEBSITE WAS FUNCTIONAL.
After every feedback that you did, we updated/changed or fixed the issue within 1 working days even when your feedbacks were sent during a Friday, or Saturday at 00:00, via personal messages (multiple messages).
After every message from our side confirming an update to the website, your reply came every 1 or sometimes 2 weeks after - you mentioned that you were busy doing other things.
This obviously extended the project timeline.
Since the beginning of the project we mentioned that your project includes a 3rd party platform integration from which we can NOT provide a real estimate, it can be 1-2 weeks or 4 weeks of work for that specific integration.
During both the design & development stage we constantly kept you in the loop, we sent multiple updates, we even notified you that the 3rd party platform integration takes more than expected, you always said that you are not in a hurry.
As per the legal signed agreement there was NO SPECIFIC DEADLINE for your project.
After we informed you that you can review the website (see screenshot https://i.postimg.cc/cJWYDKnj/Screenshot-2025-12-13-at-11-53-46.png) we constantly suggested to have meetings to showcase the work, the project, and to explain you how to use the platform - YOU NEVER ASKED FOR OUR HELP. You just asked for tutorials (video and written - both provided).
Until the last day WE SUGGESTED TO HELP YOU you with managing your platform by listing contents FOR FREE, YOU SAID “OK”, but in 3 hours YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND and started THREATENING US with lawyers and ASKING FOR A FULL REFUND to 100% functional project.
This concludes our collaboration, we provided a complete functional platform, YOU did a lot of reviews and asked for changes, we always updated you, we always valued your feedback and changed the website as per your agreements. We always provided answers to your questions;
while YOU were always doing reviews after 1-2 weeks. YOU were constantly contradicting yourself through the messages, and after a lot of information, videos, messages and screenshots, YOU say YOU STILL CANNOT list a product by yourself.
In the end YOU DELETING YOUR OWN WEBSITE to prove we DID NOT did our part of the agreement shows the real intention between this collaboration
The website files are still on the server for almost one more year, whether you are going to use them or not it’s totally up to you.
That being said, we do really hope you will get the help you need!
