I had the best experience using CreateStudio, being a Product Designer, i love good UI.

After using few of the editor, i settled with Create Studio it has all the features needed if you are beginner and as you continue using it, you will realise there are plenty of things you can do.

CreateStudio is an all-in-one capsule with a diverse range of avatars to suit one’s project, interesting enough to keep viewers glued to watching the content and the best is an easy-to-use timeline that ensures editing quick and smooth. What else would you need if such a lovely video making crew is making the dance moves to your tune!

As a digital content creation agency we were looking for a tool to enhance our product and service lineup.

We already had great eBook, audiobook and even SaaS tools for content creation but lacked an animated video marketing tool.

While researching for possible solutions we came across Creative Studio while they had a one time purchase promotion on.

We spoke to a website chat assistant and immediately made a decision to buy the product based on the answers to our questions about the product.

We have never looked back.

There is a learning curve, but there are tons of tutorials to get you going if you follow them closely and they support team answers questions quickly and accurately.

We had planned on a week or two learning curve period but it only took us about 4 days to master the basics and at the end of that time we had produced several animated videos to showcase our digital content on our own website.

After purchasing the standard offer, we were so impressed by the Studio we went ahead and bought the Platinum offer too in order to access more animation assets.

That was our money down, seal of approval.

Would we recommend this tool to other agencies and individuals ?

If you are of a creative bent or if you run a content agency with clients who require video marketing services then we would highly recommend Creative Studio. In fact one of the comments we recently got on our Youtube channel for a video we posted was how we created the video. The product makes content that gets noticed.

Very pleased with this tool and the AI and human services behind it that contribute to its versatility.

Great product, I immediately found myself very happy with their templates and the ease with which they can be modified. Now, with version 4 of Create studio, they have increased the possibilities of easily obtaining new inspirations that can then always be easily modified.

I’ve been using CreateSutdio since version 2. Every iteration has been better than the last. The possibilities are truly endless with this software. Not only is there a wealth of assets at your fingertips, bringing in your own images/videos/creations is seamless. It’s made my book trailers and social media teasers so much better.

I've been using createstudio since the version 2, I was using it in the simple videos such as intros, VSL. When version 3 was launched and purchased the all access pass, it was like getting into a treasure of animation capabilities. I started to make videos for friends in birthdays and 2D promotional video ads for clients.
I downloaded version 4 and I'm exploring it to produce long videos for explainer and knowledge simplifier videos for YouTube.
The great thing about CreateStudio is its nonstop updating, which makes making animation videos much, much easier.
Customer service can't be dropped as it's an immediate response via email regarding technical or commercial issues.
CreateStudio is the only software that made me feel that I made a good investment online.

This company is a perfect example of a business SCAM. They tell you one thing and mean another thing. You will end up with dozens of subscriptions.

They use psychology to hook you in but they are just PIRATES. Save you the hassle don't use CreateStudio. (over 2 years working with them --not worth it)

They have everything set to auto renew without telling you thats its time to renew. They just take your money then say you can't cancel a open contract, I emailed the same day they took the money out. And thats it dont buy the product they keep the same material in it, ,instead of updating the content. Its a scam.

Great potential, but too many upsells and hidden costs

I purchased CreateStudio during the "4.0 Special Deal" in late March 2025, including the Lifetime Deal, Mega Bundle Pack, and extra AI credits – totaling over $230. I’ve given the platform a fair try.

The software is user-friendly and visually powerful, great for animated stories and promo content. However, I was disappointed by the excessive upsells: even after the initial cost, many features are locked behind a $27/month subscription. On top of that, AI tools require **separate credit purchases**, which aren't included in the main deal.

Because of this, I’ve requested a refund. My current rating reflects my experience so far, but I’m open to updating it depending on how the customer support team handles my request.

J’ai acheté CreateStudio lors de l’offre “4.0 Special Deal” fin mars 2025, avec la version à vie, le Mega Bundle Pack et des crédits IA supplémentaires, pour un total de plus de 230 dollars. J’ai réellement pris le temps de tester la plateforme.

Le logiciel est intuitif et puissant visuellement, idéal pour des histoires animées ou du contenu promotionnel. Mais j’ai été déçu par le **nombre d’achats supplémentaires** : beaucoup de ressources restent bloquées derrière un abonnement mensuel de 27€. Et les outils IA nécessitent **l’achat de crédits séparés**, non inclus dans l’offre de base.

C’est pourquoi j’ai demandé un remboursement. Ma note actuelle reflète mon expérience à ce stade, mais je suis prêt à la modifier selon la façon dont le service client traitera ma demande.

CreateStudio, still is the best in the industry! Service is their real business. They walk their talk.

I initially thought I was purchasing a one-time license.
Turns out, I was enrolled in a monthly subscription.

Once I realized the software wasn’t what I was looking for, I tried to cancel – only to discover there’s no way to do it from the dashboard.
You have to open a support ticket and hope they process it manually.
Then they start “turning around” the issue with vague replies.

This is a textbook example of a dark pattern: no billing overview, no cancellation button, and a vague personal area.

I’m a SaaS provider myself – and I can say this goes against any standard of transparency and user respect.

I had to block my credit card and request a new one from the bank – which is awful and totally unnecessary in 2025.

Finally, take a look at their site: no company name, no address, no VAT number, no physical location… do they live on Mars?
That’s the perfect definition of a scam-like site.

⚠️ Be careful: what seems like a professional video tool is hiding very questionable billing practices.

Create Studio is a one-of-a-kind video editing software. My experience with this software has been one of the best. It’s true that I don’t have much experience with video editing software for computers, but from the moment I discovered Create Studio, I never wanted to try another one. Its intuitive interface, video design tools, and the AI features recently added in version 4 completely won me over.

Despite the existence of the Pro option, those of us who chose the Standard option have not been left behind. The team supports us with top-level tutorials. As for customer support, it is flawless. When I first started, I had an issue with saving my work. I contacted the team, and in no time, they guided me through the solution.

Create Studio is my precious gem. Seeing version 4, I can only imagine how amazing future updates will be. Create Studio is simply the best of the best! 💕

I am an author of English books for primary school students in Turkey. My publications are loved by thousands of students and teachers. I met Createstudio when I had the idea to create videos that support the activities in my books.
Since I started using version 4.07 as an all access member in November 2024, I have been creating great videos that I didn't even expect from myself. I even make effective promotions on Instagram by preparing the promotional videos of my books with Createstudio.
My YouTube channel @twisterenglish doesn't have many followers yet, but I believe that with the release of the new editions, it will be followed by more and more students. So far, I have made about 44 videos and I get great compliments from the teachers I share them with.

Create Studio 4.0 is an excellent choice. It's perfect for when you need to create content on the fly without getting bogged down by complex settings and difficult to learn features. The sheer number of templates, assets, and effects available to you means you can put together engaging videos with minimal effort. It's easily one of the better apps I’ve used giving me the perfect balance between functionality and simplicity. Fast, efficient, and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Create studio has done a great job with their new CS. 4 iteration. I'm 72 with no animation skills and even I can use it to achieve results I thought only Disney could pull off. Amazing! Top marks to all the gang! Dead easy to migrate up from my 3 pro model too, and free as well. Brilliant stuff guys!

CreateStudio was a complete game changer for me. Creating social media posts had become an absolute nightmare, trying to create interesting and engaging posts a constant and unending, soul destroying grind.
Create Studio does ALL the hard work, provides almost limitless content creation opportunities and the absolute bonus? It's so easy to use, even for a non creative old man like me. Get it! You won't regret it! and you'll have fun at the same time.

I’ve been using CreateStudio for more than a year now. The more I use it, the more I love it. Coming from Adobe Premiere Pro, it took a while to get my head around it. It took me a while to figure out how to access the same features that are available in Premiere Pro because it’s quite a different approach, creating a bit of a learning curve. I must admit I was cynical to begin with after using the (traditional) industry-standard software, but honestly, persevering with it has been well worth it, and am surprised how much power it has. I find it an absolute pleasure making videos with this platform, and love it when I find new features. Until now I have been using version 3 but have just downloaded version 4 and I’m excited to explore the new features. Support is also super-fast and friendly. Highly recommend this software.
