We switched over to Createpay from…

We switched over to Createpay from Handepay and are saving around 40% each month. Linda McClean is our local rep and she promised she would come back and take care of everything and she was true to her word - she sorted the new machine and then helped us cancel Handepay. We were very happy with her and Createpay

Fantastic service from Daniel Walley – Significant savings!

I recently switched to CreatePay and had the pleasure of dealing with Daniel Walley. From the very first phone call and our subsequent meeting, the entire experience has been top-notch.

Daniel made what is usually a complicated process incredibly easy. He was transparent about the costs and handled the terminal setup quickly and efficiently, ensuring we were up and running without any downtime.

Most importantly, CreatePay has already saved us a lot of money compared to our previous provider. It’s rare to find great customer service paired with such competitive rates. I definitely recommend Daniel and the team to any business looking to switch!

Daniel Walley was excellent, from start to finish he was prompt informative and knowledgeable. He has also given an excellent back up service and always been on hand with any queries. I would definitely recommend him 👍

We switched from Dojo to Create Pay…

We switched from Dojo to Create Pay around six months ago and the process has been really good. Our rep Linda was fab, she helped get the dashboard set up properly, sorted the card machine, and made the whole changeover feel straightforward.

Any time I’ve had a question, support has been quick and helpful, and we’re making a really good saving compared to before, which is ultimately what matters. Would definitely recommend if you’re thinking about switching.

exceptional service

Coming from a sales background, I'm always a little wary of people making appointments to visit to effectively sell a product or service. From the minute I opened the door to Dan Walley, I warmed to him straight away.
Very clearly he explained how he could save us money and took what appeared to be a genuine interest in our business. He wasn't pushy at all and I felt under no pressure to go ahead as he did his job well explaining the Why. He set everything up and everything arrived when he said it would. He promised to come back and set everything up and we arranged a suitable time. Sure enough he came when we arranged and he also helped me with stuff I was struggling to use with Worldpay.
In Summary, very happy with Dan and CreatePay and Dan can definitely come back when its time to renew!
