Contacted the company when 2 transactions occurred on my credit card. Company refuses to accept that I didn't sign up to the site and just reply with standard copy/paste replays without reading the explanation
This company is fraudulent and is Phishing consumers. They pretend to be a large cosmetics company offering a birthday package for people who are subscribed/members, but upon agreeing to that 'gift', they take your payment information and start withdrawing amounts from your creditcard. Be very careful.
