The item I purchased came in a timely manner. The price was good and ordering online was easy and fast.

I placed on online order on July 2. I haven’t received any communication about the order as of today, July 29. I’ve sent a couple emails to their customer service within the last week, and still no response.

Very poor (nonexistent) costumer support.

I ordered a mightyplus from creamcity vapes. I jump the gun befor speaking to ceo. who just called me. there are 100% making my order right. giving me the best deal I could ever get. This company is amazing. just give them the time to ship it to u. and the time to make things right. this company rocks

Short version:
1) FIVE WEEKS after ordering from Cream City Vape (CCV) nothing ever shipped and no contact regarding if or when it might. Order said “unfulfilled” from the day my card was charged 5 weeks ago, ‘til today when I finally got their attention (by posting here) and they cancelled my order.
2) Customer support (only available via email or text) is basically useless.

Bottom line: Awful experience. Wasted weeks of time I could have been using the product if only I’d ordered it from someone else. I suggest you avoid Cream City Vape.

Whole story:
They claim they ship in 5-15 days but apparently not. A month (23 full business days after CCV charged my card), my order still showed “not fulfilled”. And it could have never shipped for all I know… they never provided status updates or anything whatsoever besides an automated order confirmation email the day I placed my order. So at the 20-day mark, I emailed them and asked ‘em to either ship it by end-of-week or cancel the order (that would have been > 23 business days from date of order - more than a fair demand since they keep claiming 5-15).

They also claim they respond to emails or texts (the only way their site gives to contact them) but, again, apparently that’s not true. It took 4 business days to get an email from a rep, telling me he’s “sorry but he can’t cancel an order at this time”, that I “need to contact the owner” and he gave me an email address & phone# to contact. Somehow, instead of just forwarding my email to his boss or calling him, that became my job? Seriously?! What is with this company?! It was moot anyway ‘cuz after waiting 5 weeks for nothing and then 4 days for a response from customer service, I’d called my credit card company & disputed the charge. But then I posted a bad review on here and guess what? I got a response within MINUTES! How about that.They can’t get an order out in five weeks or respond to customer support requests in a timely manner but it was literally minutes after posting a bad review I got a response. And in his response the guy told me that “we usually ship within 5-15 days” (Really? You’re gonna tell me that after my order’s been sitting for 5 weeks?) and he also told me that my original review, where I said I was told by a CCV rep “we can’t cancel orders at this time” ‘doesn’t sound right’. So I sent him the email where his rep literally wrote “I can’t cancel orders at this time”. (I think they have some serious internal issues at CCV.)

A while after sending him his rep’s response from today, along with my original note to customer service last week, I got an email confirming they cancelled my order from five weeks ago and they credited my card. No “sorry you wasted 5 weeks with us” or “sorry you were wrongly told we can’t cancel orders” or anything to explain, excuse or apologize for missing their BS “5-15 day shipping” claim by a few weeks (and it still didn’t ship) or missing their support response time by a few days. And now I’m gonna have to go elsewhere and find a vendor who actually ships what you order and responds to customers (with accurate info) in a timely manner without needing to blast them on a review site to get them to actually do something. If you’re looking at buying from CCV, I suggest you look elsewhere too. If you already ordered from CCV and are still waiting five or more weeks later, try posting a bad review here. It’s the only thing they seem to care about.

Very well-coordinated team over at Cream City Vapes. I have only praise for this wonderful company that supplies me with what I desire. Very swift shipping and transparency about the status of my order at all times. 10/10, 5 stars! <3

I'm a big fan of CCV. Friendly service and great prices. According to some they've had shipping issues but that's not been my experience. Anyone leaving this small company bad reviews because of supply chain issues etc are a bunch of noodges. Have a little patience and understanding. You're not dealing with a bunch of machines, you're dealing with real live people. Be kind!

Good prices got a mighty plus and accessories. Returned an item due to my Miss order, communications could be better but otherwise no issues. Sent me correct item and s free mini grinder. Will order from them again.

Was told order would ship in 5-10 business days but it never did. I waited two months before I cancelled the order and got a refund. I had contacted customer service and was given dates they said it would ship by which they completely failed to meet.

Very shady business. They never updated their webpages lead times to reflect what I and many other reviewers experienced. They seemingly sell products they don't have in stock and are months behind on fulfilling. Any decent business would simply say they are "out of stock" on an item or at least give accurate lead times. I'm fairly certain they are being intentionally deceptive. I'm also seeing bogus 5 star reviews that I'm virtually certain are the business employees rating themselves. Which further proves my point of this business being dishonest and deceptive.

Ordered a Puffco peak pro from cream city vapes , talk about customer service that is on point , if your thinking of ordering just do it now

Had just the product I needed, and their customer support staff are both very helpful and quick to respond. Overall a great experience and will definitely shop again. 11/10

Ordered my mighty from CCV. Received my order promptly and it works great! I use it every day.

Terrible company with even worse communication. Requested a refund because my order was going in a month and they ignored me and sent it anyway. Avoid them at all costs.

I love these guys. Great people, great company. Shipping isn't the fastest because of current supply & demand issues, but I can always expect CCV will get me my order in one piece. They even threw in some freebies for a delay on one of my orders. They have made me a customer for life & I am always happy to do my shopping with CCV!

I made an order for the crafty+ vape on may 29th. I was aware of the 10-15 day delay and decided to purchase and wait it out due to the vape being incredibly low priced. After patiently waiting the 15 days I reached out and the help desk said they were sorry and said I would get a free gift to compensate, it would be shipped by the end of the following week. I was polite, and the next week went by. I then contacted them again and peyton said he would share it with everyone at CCV. A week goes by and still nothing. I decided to make a comment on their facebook page and within minutes the "ceo" of CCV called me. He left a voicemail saying they are over run with orders and that hes not some"shiasty used car salesman". He included more freebies and said it would be out next week. well its late wednesday night and I really don't have much hope. What irritates me is they continue to have sales on products for great prices. I have ordered from them before so I know they are a real buisness but maybe they should get their ducks in a line before they try to cater to the masses. In all my years of ordering stuff online I have never experienced anything like this. My thought is they simply don't have the inventory but are too greedy to pull the items off the site if they can get your money and worry about it later. Honestly, all I want is my 200 dollar purchase and to stop being lied to by this company.

I'm so fed up that I am willing to remove any reviews or comments I have made in the past couple weeks if my order is shipped out by july 1 . Its sad that I feel the need to do such things just to receive what I have paid for. Maybe you guys should update the shipping delay to up to 2 months because its been a month today for me. Crazy to think that the head of the company would think people would just be chill with being lied to.

Update: I was contacted today saying it will be shipped out by next Friday. This is the third time they have said that. I have requested a refund and will never give this horrible business any money again. The amount of time I've wasted on this vape is beyond what it costs. I just purchased one from another site that is to be sent out tomorrow what a joke

I am local. 5mins away from Cream City Vapes & the 5-15 day shipping delay for my $300+ order is a lie. I can't even set it up for HOLD because I don't know what shipping company is going to be used. Why charge before shipping when you're going to deal with more issues regarding charge-backs knowing you can't honor the delay time-frame? I could have ordered elsewhere & received it faster. Don't risk it if you're thinking about buying from Cream City Vapes. You will be stuck waiting being that you have to sign for the package. You won't be able to make plans.

*I just demanded a refund. Again I am local & would NEVER support this company.

**If only I could upload the "haha" emoji text exchange I just had with Dan, the owner. He lied about working with Dank Riot being that I was going to go there for the product instead. Dank Riot said they don't work with Cream City Vapes and don't know why Dan said they did. This company is sketch and is not based out a storefront or warehouse. Buyer beware.

***Update: This review was false-flagged by cream city vapes on 6/29. I was contacted by TrustPilot so I gave documents to verify all details in this review. This review has since been verified. I would also like to add that dan with cream city vapes wanted to "personally drop off the product and order" conveniently after I demanded to cancel the order. If TrustPilot needs proof of that.. I got it.

****Update: cream city vapes blocks me from their Instagram on 6/30 when I name dropped Trustpilot - I will have local investigators look into this company as they have lied to me about business relations in this market.

Cream city vapes is so very sick man. At first I was just on my computer looking for Creamy Vape juice for a nicotine fix,if you will. Well,I found out they sell electronic dabaroonis on here,for very affordable prices,and I was stoked. The website was really well put together and also not sketch.I got some new glass and I got really baked. I got some new glass and I got really baked. I got some new glass and there was a shipping delay but it's understandable given the state of the world. I don't think it's Biden's fault either. But I do know that when I was all paranoid and stuff about my order not showing up, Gage was a huge help in calming my anxiety levels and providing me with the information and offers I needed to have a satisfying experience. This new glass is blowing my socks off my feet. Cream City Vapes,you just gained a lifetime customer!

Cream city vapes is the PLACE for my online needs from now on! Hands down a seamless and mostly painless experience, a highlight is honestly CCV's own Gage whenever I had any issues i.e. shipping or etc. after reaching out, he would respond/answer in an efficient and concise manner to squash any qualms regarding my purchase. LOVE THIS PLACE!!! 100% would recommend.
