I Cannot Remember the Last Time a Purchase Drained Me This Much

I bought a Creality printer on the 28th of August 2025, full of excitement. I had saved up, done my research and genuinely looked forward to using it. That excitement did not even last a day. The printer arrived in poor condition and never worked properly. It would not stay synced, the extruder jammed and every print attempt failed.

When I contacted Creality support, I expected basic decency and understanding. Instead, I was treated like the problem. Their replies felt robotic and dismissive. They kept asking for videos and proof, as if I was trying to trick them rather than return a faulty product. I refused to start opening the printer because it was brand new and that should never be expected of a customer.

When I asked for a refund, the process became even more frustrating. They would not send a return label unless I closed my PayPal dispute first. That sort of request is manipulative and completely unacceptable. It made me feel cornered and powerless.

To move things forward I had to pay for an independent inspection which cost £25 and then another £150 for shipping the printer back at my own expense. The printer was received by them on the 23rd of October and I did not receive my refund until the 30th. Sixty three days after my purchase. Sixty three days of stress, wasted time and emotional exhaustion.

Throughout all of this their communication was slow, cold and repetitive. There was no sense of care or responsibility, only delay after delay. It felt like a system designed to wear customers down until they give up.

This whole experience has been deeply unpleasant. I have never dealt with a company that made me feel so dismissed over something so simple. I will never buy from Creality again and I would strongly advise anyone thinking about it to avoid them.

Bought a Creality CFS upgrade kit for…

Bought a Creality CFS upgrade kit for my 3d printer, waited 3 weeks with limited communication with the shop.

Finally had enough of them, as they claimed no stock and waiting on stock to arrive, next week and so on...
They advertise the product as usually 2 to 5 days delivery, and then after waiting for a week contacted them and they replied it's in pre sale stock will arrive on the 9th of May, and when I contacted them on the 12Th of May, they said stock will arrive in a week, all while their store at amazon showed 14 units in stock to be delivered next day.

They're selling them through their own shop on Amazon UK with next day delivery guarantee, cancelled my order got a refund and submitted a report through the citizens advice to trading standards UK, as this is dubious to say the least, this is not how a company should behave it's very disrespectful to they're customers, it's almost as they don't have enough stock to supply the demand and then they sell through their own website and just keep the client waiting as they supply more stock to their store at amazon UK to sell more and get more money, and the customer waits, all while my money sits on their bank account.

Chinese garbage not a UK Company

Please avoid this company at all costs. I purchased thinking it was a company that had offices in UK henses creality UK site. Ordered a printer and paid via pay pal it arrived in 3 days broken. Contacted the company and they told me they will send out a replacement cable and fix it myself. I told them this was unacceptable and I demanded a refund as the product wasn't fit for purpose. They point blank refused to give me a shipping address and told me to try to fix it myself first. I raised a pay pal dispute and told them I wanted a return address to send the broken product back for a full refund. Finally pay pal has ruled in my favor on the basis I send the product back to the address the Company has given. They have sent me a return address to China in Chinese knowing it's impossible for a UK post office to type in a Chinese Address. Again I've been into pay pal to demand a return address that's in English and a return address to a UK address not a Chinese one. Please ,please don't buy from this company at all. Customer service is unacceptable and company is a shame. They take your money. Give you broken products and don't care as they have already got your money.
Chinese garbage.

Well the printer is OK..

Well the printer is OK... I bought a Creality K1 Max...
Within 5 hours of printing the throat was blocked.
I went on the chat support and spoke to "Roy" who sent me a youtube link to some stranger dismantling the extruder (it wasnt a creality endorsed video) i asked him if he wanted me to dismantle the extruder and how would it affect my warranty. 20 minutes passed he then hung up.
I started another session, this time with "Joyce" she told me someone would contact me in 48 hours... Im still waiting.
Dont get me wrong it is a good printer and I managed to unblock it myself, but the customer facing side of the business is non existant, a non technical person would struggle.
The support team didnt know where to find the serial number, i asked them if it was this on the back, they were adamant it wasnt that...

Buyer beware technical skills required. Creality support is very poor.

Creality supply well constructed 3D printers which are very popular but their support structure is appalling. Their website Creality3D.co.U.K. Is just shop window for their products, nothing else. Their support is based in China and despite high sales in the U.K and Europe their grasp of English is very poor so do not expect clear instructions or immediate support. EVERY support request eventually returns a request for a video of the problem. The only reasonable support available for their products are the community self help groups were you find most solutions. Buyer beware you need technical skills to make use of these products.

Same as the other reviews

Same as the other reviews: they (1) charged for 2 items that were not received and (2) ignore emails and bank credit card proof regarding their thievery. This is an online Ponzi scheme of sorts. BEWARE OF THESE PIRATES!!!!

Absolute waste of time

Absolute waste of time. Do not under any circumstances use this company creality3d.co.uk they say item is in stock when isn't, then ignore all emails and phone number doesn't even ring. PayPal dispute opened and they only responded on last day of deadline. I cancelled order and over a week later they still have not refunded me. Be warned.....

Terrible Customer Service

We purchased the Creality Ender 3 3d Printer which arrived not working.

We know a 3d Printer expert so he came over to our house and checked it out. He found out that there was a problem with the motherboard, so we contacted Creality and they wouldn't believe us.

Creality made us jump through hoops, insisting on countless videos being sent to them and then three days later they admitted that there was a problem with the motherboard and that they would send a replacement motherboard out.

As we had purchased the printer as a Birthday present and the Birthday was the following day, we asked Creality to send the motherboard immediately. We received a reply at 11:45am to state that the UK warehouse had stopped packing for the day, so the motherboard would not be able to be dispatched until the following day. (What UK based warehouse stops packing at 11:45am? I wouldn't mind working for a company like that.) Creality also stated that they would send the replacement motherboard using Royal Mail 24 Tracked service, so we would receive it the following day.

And yes you can guess right, the replacement did not turn up the following day and we are still waiting.

Creality should feel ashamed about the way they treat their customers but obviously they have no morals and once they have your money, they don't give a damn.

What Customer Service.................!!!???

Don’t deal and spend your hard-earned with this 3rd-rate company!!

To be fair, I did receive my product, all well and good.
But it’s their aftercare and customer support (I needed to return the item) which is sadly lacking. Non existent in fact.

They’ll tell you lies to get you off their backs, then won’t answer their phones and / or emails. And, regarding my refund, well, needless to say, I’m still waiting!!!
