BEWARE SCAMMERS-- I purchased a Bestway…

BEWARE SCAMMERS-- I purchased a Bestway Pool Pump 26/12/22 for 49.+shipping added to $57, today I received an email advising that my order has been cancelled due to non payment, however, I paid and I had received an email confirming my order and payment, I chatted online and was advised that i had an issue with my bank which I confirmed to be FALSE!! he suggested I re order same products which has now increased by $10!! he quickly ended conversation when I said I would be lodging a complaint to ACCC and that they are running a scam.

BUNCH OF PUPPETS

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Purchase an item 1st Decemeber for Xmas present for son. Tried to get info on delivery. Like pulling teeth.no reply. It's now the 22nd December and I managed to get onto someone who let's me know " oh sorry coming from O/S you should receive tracking no# in 4-12 days"AVOID THESE GUYS AT ALL COSTS" Bunch of muppets who are quick to take ur money and offer nothing....

Forever traumatized by crazy sales

Forever traumatized by crazy sales. I don't ever feel like ordering online again for a purchase over $100 as the 30 emails to couriers and them and untold phone calls affected my heart health I been quite sick since arguing with them for weeks on end... Worst company absolutely no help until pay pal got involved... God says warn the evil so I am warning them...

Bought an electric wheel chair from…Crazy Sales

Bought an electric wheel chair from Crazy sales. Having problems with charging it fully. Now all communications are via email and saying they are in touch with thier tech department. They are making suggestions on what we have to do with it to try getting it to work nothing is working. We had to take the battery out of case and check voltage which took forever ect. Only emails are being used and takes 2 or more days inbetween to arrive. After sales help is terrrible the warranty is not worth the paper its written on.

The worse online company to deal with

The worse online company to deal with, it took 2 weeks for them to provide useless response for one missing part. They don't even know their own product. At the end, I was the one who gave up dealing with the dumb tech persons.

To balance the negative reviews…

I want to balance the negative reviews out here. We bought a toddlers play pen at a good price that wasn't available anytime soon even on amazon.

The site delivered the product in less than a week. All done very quick and without any issue.

Poor quality product, abysmal service.

I have just read some reviews which I wish I'd done before. This is without doubt my worst experience in online buying. Not only was the product inadequate for the purpose, and of very poor quality, but it took 5 weeks to arrive and communication from the seller was abysmal. I now realise that I have no other avenue to pursue and urge people not to buy from this dodgy company. I paid using PayPal and now realise that they are as much to blame for not looking after their customers. These people are exploitative and should be ashamed of their business record. Read the reviews and buy from them at your own peril! Not happy - never again!

Buyer beware.....I am totally appalled…

Buyer beware.....I am totally appalled by the manner in which this organisation does not offer any after sales service at all on a product they promote and sell that is totally dangerous to use.
I purchased a Homasa massage chair that obviously does not live up to what it claims to being as in its therapeutic and healthy massage modes, the modes are all the same, excessively hard and painful. I am not a fragile person at all and used to sports medicine massage and manipulation but this machine is on another end of the scale. I complained and asked for a service person to come and experience the modes of massage, but their answer was "their technical team state nothing is wrong" and yet they have not even looked at the machine. Paypal Have adopted the same attitude without the seller not even having to do a thing to rectify and correct the machine. This machine is dangerous and I now have to find a way of moving it out of my house, just in case somebody (grandchild or friend) should use it without my knowledge.

Product arrived damaged. Not sufficent packaging for such a heavy unit. Sent photos of both unit and packaging. Just wanted some advice on a solution but all I got was send a video. Dissatisfied

FALSE AND MISLEADING ADVERTISING WITH TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

FALSE AND MISLEADING ADVERTISIGN. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
Terrible customer experience. I ordered a lovely baby blue playmat with an alphabet lettering pattern and what was delivered was a horrible yellow mat with zoo animals and strange writing "ABST PARK". WHAT DOES THAT MEAN????I emailed to advise I'd received wrong product and was asked to photograph the label and product. I did that and packed it up again and then received another email advising I had to photograph both sides of the product. I unpacked it all over again for the THIRD time and sent it through.

If I could give them minus 5 stars I would.
I had a spinal injury and desperately needed a above ground pool at my family home so I could continue rehab at home. So I ordered a pool, I paid $1230 and their site said I’d receive confirmation the moment it was collected by the courier. Thinking I must’ve missed the email, after a week with no email or any contact but expecting the delivery any day I thought I should make contact. After 24 hrs “Marv” kindly wrote back and said oh, last week it was damaged by the courier company so they brought it back to us so we won’t be delivering your item. Then I managed to get thru to Sam who advised me it had actually been damaged while being loaded onto the courier company at their warehouse so they had known for a week then they also said it has been “disposed of” out of safety issues so I couldn’t even get it repaired by the brand who was happy to help repair it. So I wouldn’t be receiving it an they didn’t bother notifying me. I then tried to purchase the same pool elsewhere cause I had seen it cheaper from another company and by that stage pools that size had sold out or was $2000+ everywhere it was still in stock at 1 or 2 places. Had Crazy Sales notified me I wouldn’t be receiving my item I would’ve had time to purchase it at the same price even $30 cheaper in fact and they didn’t bother, they waited for me to contact them!! Sam the manager promised me he would make it up to me and give me a big discount and make sure it was made right. So I asked them to cover the excess of what I had to pay else where. At that point, Tim an Marv both got in contact an were suddenly professional sprouting legalities of their responsibilities. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. UNRELIABLE. YOU WILL FIND THE SAME ITEM ELSEWHERE CHEAPER - KEEP GOOGLING!
Will NEVER USE CRAZY SALE AGAIN AN SUGGEST NO ONE ELSE DOES EITHER.

Absolute rubbish

Expensive item lost by website after claiming it had been shipped. Item had not left sites warehouse at all. Took 3 months to arrive when est given was 3 weeks.
Item faulty and warranty refused. Screwed around for 8 weeks refusing to honour warrenty for rubbish arrived faulty item. Only offered $10 compensation on $400 unusable item and refused return and refund.
Giant scam. Will now have to put in a heavy complaint elsewhere to deal with this.
THEY WILL NOT HONOJR RETURNS OF FAULTY ITEMS OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND!

1 star because I can’t leave none

1 star because I can’t leave none. Worst service ever. No updates on delivery, Chito the customer service representative was utterly useless, couldn’t tell me anything. Then the item arrives without warning when I asked for notice so I could ensure I was home. It was left on the driveway, in the rain, in full view of a busy road. Still no responsibility taken for their actions.
Do not buy from this company!

Worst service ever

Worst service ever. Their servers were down this has been the 3rd time since being with crazy dumb domains. And this time through the down time. My website was some how complete destroyed. All the plugins in my website were disconnected. Some moron called Gary Wong as the level 2 support couldn't even be bothered to fix the problem and keeps telling me the website is back up and running. I had to email a dozen times advise them website though is up and running again, but all the plugins had errors see attached. I work in IT, and I swear do not use this business they are the absolute worst of the worst. Service is bad, tech is bad, everything about this business is just crap!!

Scammed by Crazy Sales also trading as Ausway

Scammed by Crazy Sales who are also the same company as Ausway selling through Kogan and others. Same company, same scammers but different company names. I bought a stationary bike through Ausway via Kogan 6 Jan. It never arrived and was lost in transit according to Ausway. I got a refund via PayPal and then unfortunately bought the same bike through Crazy Sales early Feb, not knowing they are the same company. No surprise - no bike again. Apparently it's lost in transit with the same courier company Aramex ( very coincidental). It's the exact same situation I had with Ausway. I'm going to have to lodge another dispute via PayPal.

So bad, the purchased product was so poor in quality, nothing like the advertised item. They will not uphold 30 day change-of-mind policy of their own, will make excuses I had to lodge a dispute with Fair Trading
