Unreliable. No delivery after more than 2 months of waiting. The shipment was announced but never sent. One day before Halloween I was asked if I still wanted the costume! No recommendation to buy anything there.

My cosplay outfit arrived damaged. Frayed and with a hole in the finger. I reached out multiple times to them both via phone and email and after over a week have not heard a thing back to remedy the situation.

I ordered a costume for Halloween. First they wrote the date is to earley they need 20-25 days to produce it. It was enough time till so I agreed.
Now they just canelled my order and refunded without contacting me before. I wrote back what happend and answer was too many orders they cant make it. Well thanks for nothing.

Very disappointed and shocked with customer service especially ..I received faulty/bad quality necklace .contacted seller on Instagram and email but no reply back for weeks although they always online on insta especially .very poor service overall .

I fit in it perfectly and it feels great whenever I wear it I feel like this deserves the hype it gets

Do not waste your time with this company. They say that they guarantee their products and that you could get a refund if you’re unhappy, but what they don’t let you know is even though they ship from New Jersey, if you want to return it, they require you to return it to China. That is the scam. They spend $10 to send it to you, which you pay for, but it will cost you no less than $50 to return it to a random address in China. Once again, their operations are in the United States, in New Jersey but to discourage a return they require you to pay to return it to China. It’s not worth it, the outfits don’t fit as promised anyway, and you will waste your money and disappoint your children in the long run when they don’t have the outfit they thought they were purchasing, shame on them.

Purchased a Star Trek uniform shirt. What arrived looked nothing like what was pictured. I was told that if I sent it back(at my expense)they would refund my money. It all seemed on the level. I sent the item back in November of 2022, it is now March of 2023 and the return is still in Customs in China. Because they agreed to refund my money I thought there would be no problem. Due to the fact that it has taken so long PayPal has closed the case. I contacted the seller and they said they would not refund my money until they received the item. I’m in the US, and have no ability to contact customs in China but they can and won’t.

Items arrived mangled and incorrectly sewn together. Seller will force buyer to pay expensive shipping to get only partial refund.

Terrible experience! I ordered a customized costume to ensure it fit correctly and it came in to loose in multiple place and too tight in other places. They also insulted me in emails. I would not recommend purchasing from them!

Very disappointed ordered a custom size Sinon alicization cosplay, I paid $323 (due to conversion rate)
Got an email 2 months later saying that it wouldn't be shipped in time for the event I needed it do I still want to proceed, I replied to proceed ( could just wear to a different con)
I haven't heard from them since and it never arrived

Scammers. Will not answer your email. Ordered $150 costume over 2 months ago with no answers at all. Do not use!
