I recently had CLAA Security (Crawley Locks and Alarms) install two CCTV cameras on my property, and I couldn't be happier with the service. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, responsive, and knowledgeable.
The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and took great care in ensuring the cameras were installed in optimal locations for maximum coverage. They explained the system in detail, helping me understand how to access the footage and manage the settings. I was particularly impressed with how neatly they carried out the installation – no mess left behind!

I've been with CLAA since 2015
I've been with CLAA since 2015, they are reliable, friendly, are quick to answer any questions I have. On this occasion the battery back-up fault was displayed. it was the first time this has happened and the first replacement since 2015 when installed, I think that's pretty good going. Very pleased with service.

Our previous alarm company was recently taken over by another alarm company which had given us expensive, unreliable, and shoddy service. After some searching, we discovered CLAA (Crawley Locks and Alarms) who kindly agreed to take over the maintenance of our alarm system. Their service has been magnificent – from the start when we discussed the issue to the knowledgeable engineer who spent time ensuring the good working of the system. I would recommend them 100%
