this company is a complete scam !! just check ebay reviews money taken and items never sent. why is this company still allowed to con everyone !

Purchased items on eBay from this company. Items paid for and not dispatched. Looking at the website the account is suspended. I suspect the company is no longer trading.

Wish I had read the recent reviews before placing my order. Ordered over the internet. Payment taken 21 January. Despite numerous emails no response received and no product delivered. Advise against using this seller.

I used this company via eBay a couple of times in 2023 for tennis string and had a good efficient service from them . On 22nd January I ordered more tennis string privately from their website . Apart from one acknowledgement email from them I have received no other notifications of when my item would be arriving. After numerous emails and phone calls, everything has gone unanswered. No refund and no string. Would not advise using this company.

This is a scam website, very well put together.

Upon ordering, no details are provided, the seller does not respond to emails and does not answer the phone.

Payment taken and no product provided. No communication either, not by telephone nor by email. Don't fall for the good looking website.

Crampsports have not supplied the item. It was paid for via ebay.
Crampsports do not reply to emails. Do they even exist?

Further to my earlier review, I have now reported this company to the police and trading standards. They are trading fraudulently.

Ordered a tennis grip and paid for next day delivery. Received email confirmation but 14 days later had no communication. Chased by email and nothing. So had to claim back via PayPal. Avoid!

Payment was taken for an order with no confirmation of order and no delivery after more than half a month. All attempts to contact the business via email or phone call on multiple attempts have not gone through. In all honesty, this appears to me to be a business that still has an active website platform that will take payments, but most likely is no longer even functional. I would not suggest for anyone to try and place an online order with Cramp Sports.

Ordered and paid for shuttles end of October 2023. No further acknowledgement of shipping them, not answering the phone or email. Currently considering reporting to the police for fraud.

Passing off Karakal grips, Using PU Super Grip name and descriptions then supplying Ashaway grips, using Karakal EAN numbers and general abuse of our brand.

Selling Rackets and lying about their discount. Claiming RRP £100 for a Head Cyclone when you can get it elsewhere for £30! They're ripping you off. Be warned

I ordered trainers from Cramp Sports on Amazon - they never sent them, tracking number supplied was invalid on couriers tracking system and they refused to respond to any messages I sent them - avoid Cramp Sports at all costs!!

Avoid. I purchased the graphite single crack repair for my tennis racket. It took about 10 weeks to get back me. And when I did get it back the repair was poor..there was another crack on the frame which wasn't there when I sent it off. The quality and finish is Poor. And the overall service provided had been shocking.

I couldn't believe that the cheapest place I could buy tennis strings from online was right on my doorstep. I was a bit undecided on what to purchase but a great conversation with owner Carl pointed me in the right direction.

Couldn't be happier with my reels of Volkl Cyclone Tour, Volkl Cyclone, Tecnifibre Synthetic Gut & Prince Synthetic Gut. I will definitely be buying all of my tennis string from Crampsports from now on. Happy convert.

Cramp Sports provides a great and efficient service. The owner is a badminton player himself so he is able to provide a knowledgeable service on stringing and rackets.

I run a badminton club in Wilmslow and have used Cramp Sports for the last 20 years for shuttlecocks, rackets, shoes and restringing. I also refer our members for equipment and restrings. Karl Cramp who runs the business is an experienced badminton player and knows what he is talking about which is great if you don't know what sort of racket suits your requirement The prices are also competitive. Not the easiest of places to find but worth it when you do.
