Initially bad communication and no answer. But eventually willingness and help

Despite the mix up they were easy to get on touch with and very quickly sorted my problem and have refunded me my money without any hassle

They were very helpful and understood my concerns and are reimbursing my money and appreciate their help.

The consultant that helped had quickly attended my query and asured me that my issue would be resolved as quickly as possible.

Sasky was very good in helping me wit my problem. she did an excellent job.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY

They lure you in with a free gift and tell you to cover delivery charges. What they don't tell you is in the terms and conditions they've signed you up to a membership subscription that will charge you a non-refundable amount of money. I'm currently in the cancellation process but it appears that I will not be getting the stolen money back. BEWARE DO NOT FALL FOR IT

After 20 Min chatting they acceded to refund the charge for a Membership subscripion I never asked for.

This company is fraudulent. I have no idea how they got my credit card information. Four random amounts have been withdrawn on random days. I blocked my credit card and the fraud department at my bank is currently working on this case. All positive reviews listed are fake as this is the only way people can get a refund.
Whatever you do, do not give them your credit card information.

I got the help I needed

This company is fraudulent. I have no idea how they got my credit card information, and when I asked for a refund, they tried to blackmail their way into a positive review. They told me if I left a negative review they would not give me a refund, even though they never provided me with any service or product. I blocked my credit card and the fraud department at my bank is currently working on this case.
Whatever you do, do not give them your credit card information.

Update: My bank somehow got this scam company to refund the charges, and yet I continue to be harassed by this company with multiple phone calls and emails asking me to remove my negative review in exchange for a refund. They don’t seem to be aware they already gave me a refund and continue to try to get positive reviews by withholding money from people they scammed. Well here’s your updated review idiots. Stop contacting me. I’ve blocked all of your numbers and email addresses.
