I ordered it on February 7. Its now March 17 and it still hasn't arrived. I get that it might not have arrived by Valentines day, but even if it was a bit late, it shouldn't take over a month to deliver within the US. The tracker says it was in Grapevine Texas on February 14. But thats a 2½ hour drive from me.
In fact, it turns out you can walk from NYC to Grapevine Texas in a month. Ive messaged them with no response thus far. Would not recommend.

Crafty as in “Sly”! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE. I ordered a custom paint by numbers canvas on January 12th. Estimated delivery was February 20th. It has not been delivered and there is no estimated delivery date on the tracking site. They state 24/7 customer service. I you send them a message you may receive a response from “Mary Rose” within 2 or 3 days. I doubt that they are really at the address in Delaware as noted on the website. They promise Priority Shipping. They use Yanwen from China. Could not be slower and I believe my order is lost. No effort on the part of Crafty by Numbers to make things right. If I could have given no stars I would have. SHOP ELSEWHERE.

Basically the same as ordering off wish or any other cheap Chinese equivalent, will it come? Won’t it come? Takes an absolute lifetime to arrive, still waiting for mine to arrive. Poor customer service and unresponsive despite advertising themselves with 24/7 chat. Regret making the purchase. I purchased this a customised painting hoping for Valentine's Day delivery. I ordered the painting but realised I had made a mistake so reached out to the company through email and Instagram. No response until 18 hours later (not the 24/7 service as advertised). The response did not address my issue. Moreover, the company provided no details of the time it took to deliver the product - I did not realise until 1 day after the purchase that it would take 1 month to deliver! So no longer a Valentine's Day present then...

First time getting this craft, it was really good. Some of the numbers were hard to see, so I put my own twist on it.

Replaced delivery…
Ordered a kit in November which never arrived due to yodel leaving in an unsafe place. Emails going back and forth between myself and Rose Mary requesting a refund etc and after reading other reviews on here I was concerned I’d lost my money as she was saying another had been sent out, but I had little faith it would arrive. To redress the balance I have to say we did finally receive a replacement kit 2 January, and also a refund - so whilst it was a lengthy process and frustrating at times it was eventually sorted.

Horrible Experience
Ordered on December 10th. As of Jan 4th, still don't have it. Communication is 1 sided, bad experience all round. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

Think twice before ordering from this company. I received a paint by numbers kit for Christmas and I don't like the print. I contacted the company to exchange for a different print. I was told it's not exchangeable or refundable because it's "custom." It's a top print that you could order 10 more of right now - nothing custom about it. Also their FB page says easy returns in 30 days. What a dishonest and fraudulent way of doing business. Definitely do not order a gift from this company.

We placed our order on the 16th of December and also paid for express service only to find out after contacting them that in Greece the express service is not available. Yet they gladly accepted the fee. We have requested for refund and they never replied.

Buyer Beware...
Waited a month to ship only to be notified it was sent but to the wrong address. They even sent a picture of the wrong house. They haven't replied and simply blame the courier company as to wipe their hands clean of responsibility to resolve. Now, they are trying to avoid giving me a refund.
