I've ordered from CraftsyArt.com 3 times now and I love it. It can take a while to get the order, and you can't trust the tracking number; it doesn't update. Once you get the order go into your account and confirm you got it. In total I've ordered over 25 diamond paintings and 4 related items. I've completed 3 of them. They are beautiful. I have not had any issues with the products. I am so glad I found this site, and the only changes I would make would be on searching the site. You have to have a lot of time to browse because you can't just type in a specific search word. Other than that it's an awesome site and I will order again when I need more crafts! Oh and I am so excited about the tote bags and aprons!

Not happy with their drills. Not round and not completely covered with color.

I started another of my customized photos, of a dig and cat, the colors you sent were bright purple for the dog, and my cat is not blue, ..the photos are as plain as day for colors. You need someone that is not color blind to pick the right colors. The pictures are fine it's the color beads.
