Impossible to contact, package is not delivered
The site is trustworthy at first glance. I decided to order an advent calendar as a birthday gift. According to our website, my order dated November 21 was supposed to be delivered the next day. When paying, I chose the delivery method DPD. I paid and received letters with a DPD tracking number. No matter how many times I open it, such a package does not exist. Later I received another track from the cyclone and the delivery time was November 22 from 17 to 22. I did not receive anything. I sent an email to their support team - no response. I'm trying to call them - no answer. On the Cyclone website there are no customer numbers or email for communication at all they recommend contacting the sender. Order number - CO19692. It's a shame to write such reviews.
