Jacky made my day helping me with everything I needed.
This support is very carrying and respectfull.
I originally signed up mainly to help with a few college papers and didn’t expect to use it much. But once I started automating invoices and reports—especially through Make.com—I ended up sticking with it.
"The best moment for me is when my students complete their final project and, without me lifting a finger, a certificate appears in their inbox. I set it up so the whole process is fully automated, and it still amazes me every time it works. A few students even told me they printed their certificates right away and proudly showed them to their families. That little detail made me realize just how meaningful it is to have this system in place. What I like most is that it doesn’t feel complicated. With CraftMyPDF and Make.com, I was able to connect everything quickly, so whenever a student finishes, the data flows straight into the template and the PDF certificate gets delivered instantly. No manual steps, no delays, and no mistakes. It saves me a lot of time, but more importantly, it creates a smooth experience for my students. Seeing their excitement makes the setup more than worth it. Thank you CraftMyPDF for making this possible.
Our HR team uses CraftMyPDF to generate offer letters and store it in Airtable, and the templates pull everything automatically. Which is perfect cause I just hated editing Word docs by hand... It’s been a big improvement to our HR workflow, only thing is that Dropbox syncing can sometimes be a little slow.
CraftMyPDF made fixing layout issues in our property brochures for real estate much smoother. It automatically pulls listing details and formats them consistently, which really cuts down the time I was spending on edits. Zapier setup also keeps everything updated without much extra work. It’s been a great help that lets me focus more on clients instead of document prep.
We tried it mainly for certificates of achievement at our non-profit. It works, though the template editor took me a day to get comfortable with. Now it’s easy - I just update the names in a spreadsheet and let it run. The kids actually frame the certificates, which feels nice.
Fixing invoices because the spacing or the logo would come out crooked when I exported from Word was awful. With CraftMyPDF, I can set the layout once and it just stays the same every time. Having invoices that look professional makes your whole business look more genuine and trustworthy for new clients.
We tested it for wedding invitations because we wanted something personal but didn’t want to design 150 cards one by one. Tried a connection with Zapier that I didn’t figure out instantly, but once it clicked, each guest’s name showed up beautifully in the same style. A couple of fonts didn’t load the way I expected, but I couldn’t imagine doing that in a different way..
Funny enough, the first certificate I ever made in CraftMyPDF came out with my name on it instead of the student’s cause I mapped the field wrong. Once I fixed that, I realized how much time I was wasting before. Now I just update a list and the system spits them out smoothly. No late-night edits, no “oops, wrong name.” like I used to have on my own.
First I want to say that CraftMyPdf IE is very intuitive specially for people who had ever worked with Crystal Reports and SSRS.
I could not solve2 problems by my own.
The first is make the height of subsection with the list of "child" items automatically grow. When I send the help request, I was taken by Jacky who immediately understood the problem and found the solution I would never find myself, which to use the Area component instead of Subsection component.
The second problem was a Page Breaking condition which Jacky helped me with really fast after using Zoom meeting where I reviewed with him mockups explaining the scenarios the break should happened. I am very pleased and satisfied with Jacky's support, his experience and patience.
Support from him was really great!
What I also should say is a quite poor documentation about the components and the way they work. Without such professionals as Jacky I would spend who knows how much time before finding the solution. I think it has to be much better.
