I love the uniqueness and variety of items! Things are quite interesting. They need to make a way to opt out of the free lamp tho. And while the free shipping is nice they need to add better padding or a more secure way to ship the kits. The less things rattle around inside the less likely they are to get damaged. It also would be nice if the website let you know which month box you were ordering.

Cheap crap. Immediately quit.

I look forward to my subscription box every month! It's so much fun to open the box and start creating!

Molds are flimsy.
Boxes don't have much going on. Very lacking for what your paying.
Website is misleading so you never know which month's box you will get. For example: the march kit was a UV Dip Resin. Under order history it doesn't specify which month you paid for, just the date of the charge. One would assume, since the site doesn't specify which kit, but it says a charge was paid on March 12th, you'd be getting the March kit.

I reached out and it took 2 weeks to respond. They said they are showing I skipped the match kit. I reached out right after with another question about it because that doesn't make sense to me as the website is misleading. She just never responded. It's been 7 weeks.

So disappointing.

It arrived very quick and was exactly what I ordered. Always a great experience whether it's a purchase or the monthly subscription box.

The kit had all that was needed to make several projects, but the instructions were very vague. I was glad there were extra materials as I wasted a lot learning how to do things. For a beginner with no experience this leaves a lot to be desired, but if you have a little experience a great kit.

I love my items and think everything is top quality. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the shipping info on the website is not correct. I say this based on personal experience. When I made my first purchase I spent over $100 for my items plus shipping. The site says any item that is not a monthly subscription will be shipped within 5 business days. I did order the monthly on top of extras. After waiting about 2 weeks, I reached out for clarification. I was told that she doesn’t have the ability to ship them separately due to warehouse stuff. That’s fine, but I would have appreciated the up front info before ordering. She was very nice and refunded my shipping fees. I did receive my complete order with my next months subscription box. So all in all it took over a month to receive my first package. But it was worth it! I will be keeping my subscription.
