Highly recommended
I ordered some sets of Dr PH Martins Ink and Watercolour as they were the cheapest online by far. The order was shipped from Spain and the delivery time quoted 15 days. Craftelier dealt with any customs costs. And my item arrived around 13-14 days after the order was placed. There were no problems at all so I haven't had to contact customer service. The experience was a smooth hassle free one and I highly recommend them to others.

After 2 weeks of waiting the cricut
After 2 weeks of waiting the cricut, I couldn't even connect it to the Bluetooth because it couldn't be seen. Its very disappointing and I think it should be done something to fix all this issues cricut have.

Great website. pay attention to your delivery options.
Great website Quality products Well packaged. that's all 5 star.
But delivery that was something else and i do not blame them because at that point it is out of their hands. but i do feel i need to mention.
I went standard to UK and it took nearly a month to get to me. My advice would be if it's something precious go fully tracked it's worth the extra in the long run.

The item was ordered about a month ago…
The item was ordered about a month ago and has still not arrived.
We're told the delay is due to UK Customs and Excise and Craftelier has washed its hands of the matter and has offered no assistance.
Furthermore, we can find no means of contacting the UK courier, chosen by Craftelier, who is supposed to deliver the item. The tracking code, provided in an email from Craftelier, offers no information.
