I love this company!! The cardstock is great to work with, cuts well and beautiful colors. The shipping is so fast. I was shocked. My first order arrived about one week after I placed the order. Love Craftelier!!!

I ordered an item for my wife and quickly received a confirmation email with tracking number. It hadn't arrived after a few days and I noticed the delivery company website details were missing so I emailed asking for them. Bartosz replied almost immediately with a link straight to my order. Yes the website could/should have been provided on the initial email but imo it's what happens when something goes wrong that defines how good a company really is.

I live in Ireland and my items, sent from Spain, arrived in 3 working days. The packing was substantial, not the "slip it into a zero protection plastic bag will do" that is too common these days.

Hartem, Craftlelier is an excellent art store. I have had wonderful success ordering supplies here. Their customer service is tremendous. I recommend this art store and look forward to getting high quality materials here again.

I ordered 5 packs of a4 ivory card. 4 arrived damaged. I was offered a 20% refund which is the equivalent of 1 pack or to return the damaged items for a refund without refunding the shipping which meant I would have had to then re purchase the 4 packs of card and pay for shipping again. I was back and forth for around 3 days with customer service and settled on a 20% refund and a code for free shipping which has still left me short on the faulty products I received. Unfortunately I have to place another order as I need this colour card for a wedding otherwise I would shop elsewhere.

I wrote a review on 8th May out of sheer frustration. Since that time, I have to give credit to Craftelier for sorting out the issue. Countless emails between us before the problem was resolved. The customer service representative who had been assigned to deal with the problem kept me informed and worked tirelessly to fulfil my order (thank you Bartosz, you're a star).

I purchased the artwood hexagonal box. It is great. Just what I thought it would be, though slightly better quality than I expected. Delivery was fast from Spain to the UK, with emails keeping me updated on the order. Great service, great product. I shall be back!

Fast shipping, accommodating, highly recommend!

I had purchased 36 "Cricut Mugs" last year, but have just got around to trying them over the last 2 months. I do not believe that these mugs are genuine at all. The actual sublimation pictures are flaking off the a few of the mugs after only a month. And yet, they should not flake because they are sublimated on. I have used 3 star orca ones in the past and have never had a problem, these do not seem the same as a set of 2 cricut mugs I have had before direct from Cricut. I will be investigating further and I am currently in a conversation with cricut about this, They are concerned.

The papers are very unique. I buy a lot of scrapbook paper and was delighted when I fell upon this store while surfing. I haven't seen these designs anywhere. Not only that but the papers are great quality and the price is very affordable. I plan on this store being one of my new favorites and can't wait to purchase more. Oh ... And the customer service is excellent. Very friendly and helpful.
