“Fake profiles” vs detailed opinions about the same profiles
Your review contains a logical contradiction. You claim that the profiles are “fake” or “theoretical”, yet you also provide detailed opinions about specific women you interacted with (their English level, attitude during video calls, responsiveness, etc.). One cannot reasonably argue both at the same time: either the profiles do not exist, or they do exist and are real individuals who may choose not to continue communication.

Written vs spoken English
It is common for written English to be stronger than spoken English, especially when people use writing assistance tools, feel stressed on camera, or are simply more comfortable in writing. This does not imply deception, “handlers”, or that the person communicating in writing is not the same person on the call.

Response times and lack of replies
We cannot and will not force women to reply to messages, particularly if those messages make them uncomfortable or trigger a negative reaction. Participation and continuation of communication are entirely voluntary, and this is clearly stated in how our service operates.

Feedback from the women and confidentiality

“No replies” and lack of communication
All women on our platform are real individuals and are free to reply or not. We cannot and do not force anyone to continue communication, especially if the interaction does not meet their expectations or makes them uncomfortable. This is a fundamental principle of ethical matchmaking.

Allegations of requests for money
Requesting money from clients is strictly forbidden and against our rules. When such situations are reported, they are investigated. In many cases, misunderstandings arise due to language barriers or cultural differences. Any confirmed violation leads to immediate action.

Communication guidance and presentation letters
When communication issues occur, we may suggest improving the presentation or approach. This is meant to help increase chances of positive engagement, not to shift responsibility. A respectful and appropriate introduction is often essential in international dating contexts.

Access limitations and moderation
Access restrictions or limitations are never arbitrary. They only occur in cases of repeated rule violations, inappropriate behavior, or failure to comply with platform guidelines. This is done to protect all members and ensure a respectful environment.

Language level

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify an important misunderstanding that appears in your review.

You did not subscribe to a 10-contact package. You purchased a single contact, paid per unit, which is a different service from our subscription plans. The conditions, pricing, and scope of service for a single contact and for a multi-contact subscription are clearly distinct.

At no point was the contract changed unilaterally. The service delivered corresponds exactly to what was selected and paid for. Confusion between a one-time contact and a subscription can understandably lead to disappointment, but it does not constitute a contract modification or a loss of funds.

We always encourage clients to review the selected service type carefully before payment, and our team remains available to explain the differences when needed.
