So my experience over time with CPX support is excellent, even though their surveys come with screenput and rare missing rewards, they are diligent in solving problems. Fast response and incredible communication skills

Before I used to think that once I wasn't credited after completing a survey the payment is gone but cpx research has shown me that as long as I have a convincing evidence I can be paid, their customer service is very friendly and responsive and I recommend this research to anyone seeking to earn from surveys

CPX Research truly values honesty when it comes to offering and taking surveys and making sure companies and organisations who made the surveys get honest and helpful information from the clients via CPX Research. I would totally recommend it for both who want to take surveys as well as give it.

Among the companies we are currently actively using, one of the best-performing is CPX Research. We also do not experience any issues with payments, and we are satisfied with their service.

They unreasonably rejected the first survey I completed, just within two minutes after completion, and permanently banned my CPX account. I tried asking their customer service, but they always dodged the issue and only offered to unban the account; I cannot get back the rewards that were originally mine. This is a fraudulent website.

I am writing this to warn others about the dishonest "Reversal" practices on this platform. After completing multiple offers legitimately as a new user I started seeing arbitrary "Reversal" chargebacks on my account (specifically on Feb 11 and Feb 23, 2026).

Hello,

You are not seeing any surveys because our survey partners excluded you from future survey projects. I do not have a lot of details about that. Survey partners may allow you to participate in the future again when their internal quality scoring is recovered. I wish there was more that I can do for you at this time. However, this is their decision. I always recommend taking time when answering surveys and looking out for test and control questions that check your attention.

Great customer service, I got a reply from a question within minutes and solved my problem. CPX Research has good surveys, I don't always qualify for some surveys but the ones i complete i have been paid. Highly recommend CPX Research, great site.

I have been using surveoo for almost 2 years , in pakistan we have fewer opportunities of surveys , but I am still keep searching for surveys , and with hardwork I have almost collected 5800+ rs just need around 400rs more to withdraw, I believe I will withdraw soon , and about surveoo , I think this is really one of the bestest platform for surveys , no scam , no junk at all, u just have to be active to access surveys , I am hoping to withdraw soon , will write a review again after my first withdraw, I am really very positive that the withdraw day will come soon .
And the customer service is literally the best I have ever seen .

i registered 1 day ago and havent done any survey then i wrote a support ticket and immediately it entered my cpx account was banned and i was told that their partners said they should exclude me from taking part in survey without doing survey i noticed it in the beginning of the year if you sent a support ticket your account will be banned now i was just banned without doing survey sometimes i wonder if this is the old cpx research till now the account is banned
