Spend 25 minutes on a survey and then the survey completes and then i don't get paid. Put in a ticket and they respond with user took more time than the average. So they didn't pay. Wow. What a crock, Every survey i've done is the same result. Don't TRUST. you are wasting your time

I regularly take part in surveys, and every now and then I don’t receive payment even though I successfully completed the survey. When that happens, I contact CPX Research, explain what happened, and back up my claim with screenshots and links. The CPX Research staff reviews the issue, and shortly afterward I receive a message saying they’ve looked into it and, as a gesture of goodwill, have credited my account with the payment! Great service, time and time again.

Had an issue with a survey payout at the end it wouldn’t pay me, made a ticket and was responded to within in an hour and they just gave me full compensation anyways appreciate it

This happens all the time with CPX Research. They take you through the entire survey, collect the answers, and then at the end it says “thank you, complete,” but the credit never shows up. It’s frustrating and feels misleading because they are clearly benefiting from the data while not compensating the person who completed the survey.

I’ve wasted too much time on surveys that should have been credited but weren’t, and that makes the platform feel unreliable and not worth using.

Cannot understand the negative reviews - yes, sometimes surveys aren‘t finished and you get a screen out, rarely does this happen after a survey progessed longer than 5 minutes. Plus, it is the survey provider, not cpx, who kicks you out.
Every time I had an issue with a survey that I couldn’t finish, and it wasn‘t an issue on my end, I received immediate support. I received also instant payment for every completed survey. I use cpx via the clickworker app and apart from minor technical difficulties that were always sorted out to my satisfaction, this is so far the only platform that did NOT try to scam me, so yay cpx

CPX pays top dollar for their surveys. They are current events and up-to-date with trends. The surveys are international and exciting. I'm happy to be apart of this community. The survey styles are also always improving and are becoming more enjoyable. Thank you CPX for the opportunity to work from where ever!

This company never pays for it's survey ! I am actively doing surveys in several platforms. Count my word, you're half way through or finished doesn't matter, they never pay ! I wish I can red flag them, sadly it's not an option.

I use very much SurveyStreak part of CPX, I have nothing negative to say, mostly praises. Everytime I've had a issue with a survey kicking me off or not paying, they are quick to reply and find a solution👍🏻. Their payments method is straight to the point. I get paid for doing surveys.. so for the ppl that say it's too low of pay.. check out prime..now that's scrapping the bottom . Now I'm not saying it's a full 2 week paycheck . But it's good enough where I can fill up my gas tank... 1-2 times a month In California.NUFF SAID. Don't believe me.. well bloody try it. Appreciate u guys in the CPX team.

I've received great service and swift response from the CPX research team. They are quite empathetic towards every problem I have encountered in the course of the answering survey's that got completed but didn't receive any reward and they kindly compensate you. I love the team and mode of operation, it shows priority for people. I highly recommend. Thank you.

I had an issue with getting paid from a survey I completed and contacted the support team of CPX Research and the reply was almost instant and it was obviously not AI!!! They credited my account for the amount and thanked me! Not one of the other survey companies ever in the past two years took action and did the right thing. Amazing. Hats off to CPX Research. Fantastic.

It is scam. After the entire survey is turned off, usually no reward is credited. When asked why, they say that they have passed the matter on to partners. That's funny, the surveys are run by CPX Research.

I wasn't given a credit several times too many. What really dumped my rating was the Survey I took recently. I spent 15min on a Survey that had me sit all the way through three 2min videos TWICE. I was given questions that I put thought into answering and completed the survey was given a "Thank you" from the Survey participant, was redirected and then told "I didn't qualify." I contacted support and they said it was out of their hands and they couldn't do anything. So if this happened once I'd be ok with it. This happens regularly and if they can't do anything then what's there to like? I'm sorry but 1 out 12 surveys that actually work and then after I finish the Survey that worked and was told I spent too much time watching 3 videos I had no choice but to watch 2 times? They do nothing about the countless amount of Surveys they have available that have you answer a bunch of questions then decide you don't qualify AFTER you've given them your time. How about fix that time issue instead of the people that put in actual effort and it's too much. I give 1⭐ Star for the Surveys that work and 1⭐ as a gesture of goodwill. The other 3⭐ Stars I'll keep because that's all I can obtain for my time wasted on Surveys I earned and wasn't credited for.

Shady practices and data scraping — Screened out after 20 minutes of honest workReview: I am extremely disappointed with CPX Research. I spent more than 20 minutes carefully and honestly answering a long survey. I didn't rush, I read every question, and provided high-quality data. However, at the very end of the survey (at 99% completion), the system suddenly screened me out and paid me only a minimum 100-coin compensation instead of the promised reward.This looks like data scraping. They took all my detailed answers for free and refused to pay the full amount under a fake excuse. This is a massive waste of time and an unfair practice towards users. Avoid this provider if you value your time.

2nd time I've worked with James has always been quick to respond and helpful. I will definitely continue to do CPX Research studies because of this.

Interesting surveys valid payment and good bonus. I like it can work any where at any time. Interesting way to earn well. More surveys available with short time, high pay, best match, and most qualified.
