Waste of time research!

I currently do a few surveys a week and i can honestly say that the friendly customer service orientated staff at CPX Research are markedly superior to those of most other survey providers. Whilst i won't name "offenders" others encourage support tickets to be lodged and then totally ignore both the contents and, indeed, usually can't be bothered to even respond.

CPX Research have a great team of support staff who answer questions quickly. They also look into any issues you have with surveys that don't proceed correctly.

I am on a game platform. These people are terrible scammers and cheats. I have entered 4 surveys. In the last one I answered questions for 10 minutes and got disqualified with no points. Assholes.

They charged me back because I didn't give good rate to mcdonalds and coca-cola.

This is probably the best survey site i have found. I use it alot to fill in time and make money while doing so.

I have been attending CPX Research surveys since 3 years. Their surveys are valuable, short and easy to complete. The awards for the survey were immediately received. Today I completed a survey, but the award was not credited. I raised a support ticket, for which I received reply within 30 minutes. The award was also credited in my account. I really appreciate their customer care for attending to customer problems within a short period.

Probably the best survey provider. It offers high paying surveys with a reasonable length and time. Usually perfectly fitted surveys are provided, which reduce the chance of disqualification. Support is helpful and reply very quickly.

I had a good experience at first and was able to cash out €5 multiple times without any issues.

However, once I reached €3.04, I suddenly stopped receiving any surveys. Since then, I have been completely blocked with no way to reach the minimum payout.

I contacted support, but they told me they are “unable to help” and that it depends on their partners. This is not acceptable, as the money was earned legitimately through completed surveys.

This feels very unfair and misleading, as users can be blocked just before reaching the payout threshold.

I would appreciate a proper solution, such as allowing a withdrawal of my current balance or crediting the missing amount.

Until then, I cannot recommend this service.

I finished a survey which took FOREVER but it didn’t reward me. So I screenshotted it and CPX themselves just gave me the money which was SICK

Utter waste of time, you try to transfer for a payment card of you are emailed to be informed there is an issue with the survey and the transfer is cancelled.
Scam if ever there was one.

Si comportano come se fossero più intelligenti di tutti gli altri. Molte volte completi un sondaggio e non ti pagano, oppure c’è sempre qualche “problema tecnico” che, guarda caso, ti impedisce di ricevere la ricompensa. Alcuni sondaggi sono incredibilmente lunghi e pagano quasi nulla, e alla fine alcuni nemmeno vengono accreditati.

Queste aziende fanno soldi sulle spalle delle persone, e sinceramente ne ho abbastanza. D’ora in poi basta: non farò più un sondaggio e non userò più nessun sito in cui compaiono nomi come cpxresearch, Prime Survey, Brain o altre sciocchezze simili.

Esistono aziende serie e affidabili che gestiscono i sondaggi in modo corretto — incoraggio tutti a cercare quelle e a stare alla larga da queste piattaforme.

They act as if they’re smarter than everyone else. Many times you complete a survey and they don’t pay you, or there’s always some ‘technical problem’ that conveniently stops you from receiving your reward. Some surveys are incredibly long and pay almost nothing, and in the end a few don’t even get credited.

These companies make money on people’s backs, and honestly I’ve had enough. From now on I’m out: I won’t do another survey, and I won’t use any site where names like cpxresearch, Prime Survey, Brain or similar nonsense appear.

There are serious, trustworthy companies that handle surveys properly — I encourage everyone to look for those and stay away from these platforms.

I have had a great experience taking surveys at CPX Research. The platform is user friendly and has great rewards and sometimes bonuses. I would definitely recommend CPX Research to anyone looking for a legitimate and accessible survey platform.
