I was very impressed by the communication throughout the entire process. It was honestly way easier than expected. As for the machine….

Looks: When it showed up, it looked great! Packaging was very well put together for shipping. The presentation of the packaging when I got through the shipping layers was very nice. The custom engraving was on point and looked brilliant.

Functionality: It took me a minute to get use to since I am coming of a completely different style (Inkjekta) machine. One I was good with that, I started the first tattoo with it. I was blown away at how effortless pulling a line was. Solid on the first pull. It didn’t take any time to get use to. Shading is super smooth. I have only done a handful of tattoos with it so far but I am impressed already. Battery life seems pretty good so far. Have run about 5 hours so far and I’m only down to 50% on that 1st full charge. I will run it completely dead before charging to see how many hours I get off a full charge.

I definitely recommend giving this a try. I’ve been tattooing for 12 years and always get a little nervous about buying new machines with how expensive they can be and usually shy away from cheaper machines. This is not a “cheap” machine. It is an affordable powerhouse. Blows away a Cheyenne that goes for around 900 bucks! The CPTInk LT is more than worth it. All around great. From customer service to functionality and comfort. Keep up the good work!

I was recommended this machine by a good friend and fellow tattooist Ryan Davies.Upon arrival I was very impressed with the overall quality and design of the machine.Package was very well made and the free laser etching on both batteries a nice bonus.
I’ve used the machine exclusively since getting it and find it superb for every method,lining,shading,colour packing and smooth B&G.
As a tattooist of 37 years,I’ve used many machines from coils & rotaries to these style of wireless rotaries.
This is DEFINITELY well worth the very modest price and I will most certainly recommend and purchase more!

Amazing little company. Super affordable machines and customer service is the best I have ever experienced. Within seconds of my order being placed I received a text from Leo (who runs the company I believe) asked if I wanted the machine to be engraved with my custom logo. The product arrived very promptly and even included a UK fast charger plug which I could use straight away. I was sent videos of the engraving in process and much was fascinating and to top it off the machine arrived and it is AWESOME. Perfect for hitting big lines and adjustable for smoother shading also. Such a great range. 100% recommend

Ive been using pen style tattoo machines for about 6 years. Over that time I've tested around 10 different machines. The Cptink machine is by far the best pen machine I've ever tried for lining. I'm sure it'll be great for shading as well but I haven't had many hours shading with it yet. Very happy with the product and the communication/professionalism of Cptink.

Such a great experience with this company unlike other companies in the past!! Not only do they offer a great product at a great price, their customer service is totally unmatched and they stay in contact with you until your product is received. And that 4.5 stroke is absolutely beast!!

Great machine. Not the best for large mags, but an amazing black and gray machine. Small detail. Well worth the money

Great customer service to match a quality machine… the CPT LT works great and pushes both small grouping needle sizes to large curved mags with no problem.. definitely would recommend it. Great battery life .

It was nothing like the reviews saying it ran just as good as the expensive Cheyenne and Bishop machines cause the larger needle cartridges cause it to drag get loud and stall out

Great machine, great price. I’ve been tattooing 16 years and have been using top industry brands priced 5 times the amount of the Lt. I’m really enjoying this machine, line work is running super smooth at 3.8 stroke, 8.6-8.9 for lining and packing. Since I haven’t used a 3.5 stroke in a few years it’s been fun shading with it. This adjustable stroke is amazing, it comes in a nice travel case that securely stores the machine, spare battery and more. The logo engraving is the icing on the cake.. also I had a really great experience as far as customer service goes, they’re extremely attentive to your needs if you have a question or need help with anything and they even sent me a little progress video of the actual engraving process which I thought was super cool and satisfying to watch.

Amazing customer service and cannot fault the product.

Started my order with entering the wrong address and almost immediately got a response back even though it was 1am EST. The gentleman was problem solving genius made sure to ask If I'd like to have something engraved on my new machine. ( I honestly declined) But got a cool little surprise in the box which they told me I'd be receiving for the mishap. Great company, quality tech and I couldn't have been more surprised and grateful for taking the chance after reading reviews like mine!!! Amazing work guys can't wait to get my next order delivered!!

I used the captain one machine, The customer service was 10/10 delivery was quick and friendly we loved the touch of the personal engraving they did too, build quality is good sturdy the machine is well made, the adjustable stroke is nice and doesn’t lose power through the strokes, this is one of the quietest machines I’ve used, was able to do bold lines and solid colour, a great machine and a great price
