We were doing a large renovation in our house with multiple separate construction companies. It was extremely helpful for us that Casper knows how to talk to construction workers. Often times, we were unsure whether what the construction workers were telling us was correct, or what our options were. It was invaluable to have Casper around, who we always could call. He would tell us what our options were, and if we wanted he had a friendly chat with the construction workers. This always resolved things for us, and made our renovation much less stressful.
