Missing package and poor CS

I placed an order for Tears of Themis merch in November, and they shipped via a service called SpeedEx, who have been dumping packages at the postal box receptacle instead of delivery to apartment doors and the packages are just available to be taken by whomever. CS email for website is broken, finally got replies via chat function but so far not helpful. Contact with SpeedEx is non-existent, and I never received tracking for my package. Very disappointed and angry.

Worth it

Great! I buy merch for Link Click from here, and it has been a great experience. Shipping takes a while, but it is all worth it
