Hello

Hello, I ordered 300 euros worth of screenprinting material on their website. I didn’t receive my order (the delivery man didn’t want to go all the way to my house although I precisely noted my adress as it’s not easy to find, I think he delivered to another person who stole my order, something similar already happened to my neighbours). I reached out to CPL Fabbrika and their transporter DPD who keep saying it’s the other one’s fault and don’t want to refund me or send my order again, I really don’t recommand this company. Does anyone know a more trustworthy company who really respects their customers ? I still have to order material…
