We had an incredibly stressful and complicated moving experience, and without the calm and supportive help of Peter and Caitlin we wouldn't have managed to make our move. They were very prompt in their replies, chased our vendor's solicitors constantly for updates, always answered the phone, and did it all at very reasonable price. We have moved 3 times in the last 6 years, and Peter and Caitlin were by far the most competent and helpful solicitors we have used. I would highly reccomend them to anyone looking for a more personal experience when instructing conveyancers.

After cancelling the first property I was going to purchase I really wanted a quick sale more than anything with this one. Peter managed to get everything through within two months which was just what I wanted. ( The other one had taken four months with a different solicitor ). I recently purchased my first home and Peter from Capital Property Lawyers was my solicitor throughout the entire process. I honestly cannot recommend him highly enough! As a first-time buyer, I had countless questions, some of which I'm sure were quite basic, but Peter answered every single one with patience and clarity. He was always reachable and his communication was fantastic, keeping me informed every step of the way.

Amazing work start to finish... this solicitor was the only solicitor that could of got the job done within a 30 day completion! Literally they went above and beyond and kept us in the loop throughout ensuring it was as stress free as it could be.
