The shipping time from your warehouse to Stockholm has been terrible, over week's wait, which I consider too long for such a short distance.
I can´t comment on the product yet as i just got notified earlier today that the package is now ready to be picked up.

Could answer all problems except one (why mobile screen when using app was jumping fast and had to close down the app - again and again.
Reset of password could not happen by using app (forced to call service desk)
Service desk very helpfull.
My tracker is not working since 05.04.2024! I wrote to technical support, wrote to the company, no answer! The second tracker, new, bought 1 month ago, also stopped working!

Service was not able to send the tracker to UK and transmit the shipment data's after the existing tracker stopped working within the warranty period.
The new tracker started as expected after I journey to receive it.

Second time i have bought a GPS and both times the deal was as expected.
Support is great ! They help troubleshoot an issue and even sent me a new battery and device for free
Good GPS tracker with no mandatory subscription
To soon for a review. Dont khow how good the tracker will be on the long term. Delivery is fast and setup is easy. On the downside, Copenhagen trackers only communicates in Danisch, like the inventation to write a review and the order information.
Update: this new version is much better than the old one. The LTE link is much stronger and more reliable.

I received the GPS-tracker quite fast to Finland. It was easy to set up and it works Very Well with my Canyon Precede: ON 5 bike. Now my mind can rest :-)

Had a device that stopped functioning and the support and solution to my problem was quicly fixed.
Good customer support.
CPH's customer service is very helpful. A problem with my tracker was quickly analyzed and resolved as a gesture of goodwill. The employees work well and I am very satisfied with the customer service. The tracker is working great again.
No other prereqs needed. Buy it. Activate it. Works fine!
Tracker works flawless + steering App. too.
And: Just in case you need help ... the support is as good as the product itself.

The last device sent doesn't work and now the latest news. Support no longer responds to emails. I also requested a refund but nothing. The two devices that I received did not work. Two out of two says a lot. For the moment a bad experience.

Unfortunately the saga continues. They sent me a new device and it still doesn't work. I followed their instructions again to disconnect the battery and reconnect it but unfortunately nothing. It does not work. I live in Milan in the city. So far I've only wasted money and time.

Support responded promptly saying that they will send me a new device already activated. I will update on how it works.

Support contacted me after about 20 hours suggesting that I activate the device again and if it didn't work, open it to disconnect and reconnect the battery. Opening it and disconnecting the battery immediately caused the soldering to come off. I immediately reported the matter to support and am now waiting for a response. I will write to update on future outcomes.
It just doesn't work. As soon as I received it I followed the instructions for activation. It geolocalized my position after 20 minutes. From that moment on it no longer geolocated anything despite my movements. I live in the city. Furthermore, immediately after the first activation it got quite hot. I immediately wrote to support using the form they provided on the site but sending the form did not work despite several attempts. Then I wrote an email. An automatic response said that my request would be processed within 48 hours. We'll see. Bad experience so far. I will write to update on future outcomes.

L'ultimo apparecchio inviato non funziona e ora l'ultima novità. L'assistenza non risponde più alle mail. Ho anche fatto richiesta di rimborso ma nulla. I due apparecchi che mi sono arrivati non hanno funzionato. Due su due la dice lunga. Per il momento una brutta esperienza.

purtroppo la saga continua. Mi hanno inviato un nuovo device e ancora non funziona. Ho seguito le loro istruzioni nuovamente di staccare la batteria e riattaccarla ma purtroppo nulla. Non funziona. Vivo a Milano in città. Finora ho solo perso soldi e tempo.

L’assistenza mi ha risposto tempestivamente dicendo che mi invieranno un nuovo Device già attivato. Aggiornerò sul funzionamento.

L’assistenza mi ha contattato dopo circa 20 ore suggerendomi di attivare nuovamente il Device e se non avesse funzionato di aprirlo per staccare e riattaccare la batteria. Aprendolo e staccando la batteria si sono subito staccate le saldature. Ho subito segnalato la cosa all’assistenza e sono ora in attesa di risposta. Scriverò per aggiornare rispetto agli esiti futuri.
Semplicemente non funziona. Appena ricevuto ho seguito le indicazioni per l’attivazione. Ha geolocalizzato dopo 20 minuti la mia posizione. Da quel momento non ha più geolocalizzato nulla nonostante i miei movimenti. Abito in città. Inoltre subito dopo la prima attivazione si è scaldato parecchio. Subito ho scritto all’assistenza usando il Form da loro predisposto sul sito ma l’invio del Form non ha funzionato nonostante diversi tentativi. Dopodiché ho scritto una mail. Una risposta automatica ha scritto che entro 48 ore la mia richiesta sarebbe stata presa in carico. Stiamo a vedere. Finora esperienza negativa. Scriverò per aggiornare rispetto agli esiti futuri.

Gemstone is easy to set up, comes at predictable cost and is relativly cheap. Delivery was fast and safe. Pre buying questions were answered fast and understandable.
Nice product so far. Even a little bit customisable ping rythm with premium. Could be a little bit more customisable, but this is whining at a high level.

Alt alt for upræsis til at man kan stole på den. Min tracker har i 2 døgn "flyttet sig 2 boligblokke væk!! selvom den har været placeret samme sted i 5 døgn uden at være flyttet .Det kan man ikke bruge til noget som helst
Til svar Den viser fint signal hvor den er. Den har stået samme sted hele tiden. men havde så "flyttet sig selv " 2 døgn ??
