Printing a label is not despatch!

Received an email entitled "Order XXXXX has shipped", only to check the tracking to see that over 24 hours later only a label has been generated and the courier has not even received the package - I won't use again

Thank you for your feedback.
We do a direct feed into the main hub in Tamworth . This means if the tracking number has been generated then the parcel has left CPC. It may have had a delay in the hub causing the tracking not to be updated. Please can you email the order details to customersupport@cpc.co.uk and one of the team can look into this for you with UPS.

So helpful!

I gave them the wrong delivery address (having moved recently) and they refunded my money when they failed to divert it to the right address on time. So nice, it wasn't their fault! And they were very helpful when communicating - even over the weekend.

Ordered many times from this company

Ordered many times from this company. Last order they got wrong. So they sent an email with a form of an absolute ton of boxes to fill in and likely the hassle of sending back. They have my information so should be a case of putting a slip into box and them sending a label. Then sending back. I’m not doing their work for them to send back 1x can. I will get from another supplier in future and leave these jokers to mess up.

USED to be an excellent company

Used to be an excellent company, but not anymore.

UPS failed to deliver, which to be fair is not CPC's fault, but the way it was handled by CPC was appalling.

The left an 87 year old vulnarable woman without any heating or hot water for over 2 weeks due to UPS not being able to find an address that every other delivery company manages to find.

CPC kept promising to sort, it, arrange re-delivery etc, but never did.

Eventually I had to order the part elsewhere.

CPC then deducted a handling fee and the postage from the refund despite it being 100% their fault.

I'll never use them again - I recommend that you don't

Ordered from this site but…

Ordered from this site but unfortunately sent the incorrect items, I messaged and was sent directions to return, also the email said we will get back to you with a RMA, I'm still waiting and I have sent an email to remind them, I have had to order from another company in the meantime so I can finish the job.

Very poor service

Very poor service, I ordered a part, paid extra for quick delivery, I expected the part to arrive by Thursday, it did not arrive, I then called them, they told me that paying extra for delivery is not a guarantee of fast delivery, and that the item was with the curriers and that I would get it on Monday. Monday came and went, so did the week, no delivery, so I called again, this time with a lot of waiting on the phone, a lady this time, told me that it would be sent out that day and I would have it very soon, it did arrive a couple of days later, they refunded me the extra postage money. I will never trust them again.
