support completely unhelpful
Ordered online delivery and accidentally chose the wrong size, which was of course my own mistake. immediately called their support number to see what could be done - she said she couldn't actually change the order, but would contact the store to have them change it before they sent it out. I asked if I could just cancel the order and re-do it, to make sure it was right. she said no, she'd sort it out this way. great, I thought. until my order arrived that afternoon, and was the wrong size still.
only reason I didn't immediately get it refunded and replaced is cause who knows how long that would take, and since it's for my cpap, I needed it that night. luckily it fits, but it's tight.
what's the point of support telling you they'll do something if they straight up don't? next time I'll ignore any promises they make and insist on cancelling if there's any error on my side, clearly they can't be trusted to fix it on theirs.

Item didn't match machine
I asked for items which match my Philips DreamStation. The tubing did not match at end attached to machine. I had to improvise as I needed the machine operational. The replacement mask was fine.

My second attempt to purchase a…
My second attempt to purchase a replacement mask (online)was better than the first (out of stock and no correspondence to let me know), however I was overcharged when making a return on another occasion when exchanging it for the model I needed.I didn't want to make a scene over a few dollars so I accepted it. Purchasing spare parts from CPAP Victoria for me so far has not been a smooth experience.

In regard to the exchange you mentioned, there is a price difference between the ResMed F20 and N20 replacement cushions. Got F20 initially and worked for some…
Got F20 initially and worked for some time and started giving me issues ( air leaks )
Spent and got a Memory Form replacement and ended up the same issue.

Mask leaks can sometimes be caused by factors such as cushion size, mask fit, sleeping position, or headgear tension, and unfortunately even a different cushion type may not fully resolve it if the overall fit isn’t quite right.
