In this case, however, there is very little we could have done differently. We specialize in supplying high-quality medical products, and while these may not be the cheapest on the market, our focus has always been reliability, safety, and certified quality rather than competing at the lowest price point.
Regarding delivery, the shipment arrived within the timeframe selected at checkout — in fact, slightly earlier than expected. Faster options were available at the time of purchase, should speed have been the priority.
Finally, as a UK customer, you will understand that since the UK is no longer part of the EU customs union, import duties and taxes are applied by your local authorities. These charges are outside our control and are a legal requirement, not a discretionary fee from our company.

Good device, my sleep is much better
I am satisfied with the machine (airsense 11), the delivery took 2 weeks, the only problem is that the myair app cannot be downloaded from the Hungarian apple app store. In fact, Hungary is not even on the list, even though we are an EU country.
