Don't order unless you are willing to wait more than a month for this!!! I ordered a Christmas gift on Dec 16th and expedited shipping. My sister STILL has not received the quilts even after paying additionally for expedited shipping. When reaching out to customer service they eluded that they only work on business days and allow 8-10 business days to even process an order.

Please, please do not order from here. The shipping stays it is in NYC after customs from China.

What I ordered (cotton throw with individually quilted cats) is not what I got (a throw with a printed picture of the cats and random quilting). The price was $60 and worth about 10 to 15. I have complained directly to the company.

Wish I had done my research but it looked so pretty. It's the cheapest s**t I've ever bought. I have a moving blanket that heavier. It's suppose to be a California king size barely fits my king size. There was also suppose to have a humming bird on it and no there. Worthless crap don't buy and can't get a refund.

Ordered s cat quilt and was hoping it would arrive before Christmas but it didn't. I emailed them before and they told me it made to order and takes about a week make. I wouldn't mind the wait if the quilt was as advertised but it was some cheap print. Tried tracking and it keep saying it was on time to next destination. Finally it just showed up. Very disappointed in quilt and would not recommend this company

I order three quilts. Two at least resembles somewhat a quilt. The third which was bigger and more expensive came as two pieces of cheap cloth sewn around the edge to hold them together. I need an address to send these back for a refund. These is a bait and switch which you should be ashamed.

My husband ordered a "quilt" from an online store - Cozzy Homes. The blanket was shown on the site to be an actual quilt -- with pieces of material sewn together. There is even a picture of older women working at sewing machines, giving the impression of a hand-made, authentic quilt. The reviews are all 5 stars. I suspect no negative reviews are published.

The item we actually received (well after Christmas due date) was NOT a hand-made quilt. It is a flimsy, cheap material with a printed image of the item that is shown online (shown with individual quilted pieces). The stitching goes all over the blanket to hold it to the backing. Again, not an actual quilt that is shown/described. Certainly, it is NOT what is shown as the item for sale.

My husband did contact the company for a refund, but they would only provide a 25% refund of the full purchase price. This is not acceptable to me as the item is not what is shown and is, quite frankly, a deceptive practice. I am seeking a full refund. I will happily return the item as it is very poor quality junk.

Check out their website to see the deception! The website description states these are "Handcrafted Quilts."

Negative 10 stars would be too kind. I received an item that is drastically different than what was advertised! The refuse to make it right !
I’d love to show the pics of what was ordered vs what was received! It’s also a cheap piece of fabric not a quilt. The item looks hideous. I demand they replace it with what I ordered or refund me. They refuse!

Quilt is a poorly printed on a cheap quality fabric! It should not be. Called a quilt! It's a bed sheet!

There were still pieces of thread hanging along the seams.
The printed area has a lot of extra leaks and drips along the feathers.

Garbage .they ar not quilts. They are large cheap dishwasher rags paper thin.

Absolutely a scam. Their images of the quilts online are not what they send. These quilts are on par with 2$ moving blankets. Do not buy them.

I ordered a small quilt and three small quilted pillow shams. I wish I hadn't. According to their refund policy, you dont have a chance for a refund. It takes 6 weeks for delivery. The time is 7 days for preparation and 20 days for delivery. The only days that count are Mondays-Fridays (no weekends or Holidays). The merchandise is NOT quality. These are not quilts as we would think a quilt is in the United States. These have stitches LIKE they are quilted, but they are not. Be ware, if you think your getting a good deal. Also, tracking is not accurate. I tried using two apps.

This company is deceptive! I ordered a gift for a relative who loves gnomes. It was supposed to be a beautiful quilt, but turned out to be a cheap quality quilt that looked nothing like the photos. Their ad gave the impression that their quilts are American made. They are produced in China. Don't waste your money with this company.

Purchased what looked like an adorable quilt of cats for my wife for Christmas. No confirmation email. When it arrived there was no printed receipt. The shipping label only mention a shipping company called Uniuni. When I opened and examined it, I discovered what was really going on. It was a cheap printed beach towel and very thin at that ! This is obviously a scam !!! Do not buy !!!
I was too embarrassed to give this cheap piece of crap to my wife.

Pictures are beautiful, but deceptive. No quilt stitching, just cheap print on cheap cloth. Save your money. They also charge you for biodegradable box, came in plastic bag. This company is in china. Complete scam.

Never got my order. Paid for FedEx delivery but the order was sent to my local post office where it either had not enough postage or it had Chinese postage. My order apparently came from China. Contacted Cozzyhomes and got the run around and never got a refund. Customer service was horrible. $85 down the drain.

When we purchased the 3 blankets that we did the sewing on them was not at all like the pictures. Why don't they just change their pictures on the web site to be more truthful?

I too wish I had read the reviews. The images on the website are incredibly deceptive. The "quilt" I received was nothing like the the image. All images on the website are inaccurate. The items come from China, rough cheap materials, not quilted in any way shape or form. Color is different as well and their version of a queen size quilt is not the same as mine. I can't write enough to tell you how disappointed I am with my $90 purchase that included a $3 charge for "compostable" packaging. Yep, that was not true either. It also came after Christmas. But according to some of the reviews I'm lucky I received anything.

The pictures are false. Cozxyhome also shows women sticking them by hand which is false. I saw where they were made in USA. No. I feel horrible for buying one. Reviews I saw were lies. Don't order from cizzy home. Scam. How can a company so this. I work hard for my money. What a waste. I could have done better. Sue

Will never order from Cozzyhomes again! The quilt is so lightweight you can’t use it. The quilting is not what it looks like in the photos. I paid for a quality quilt and got a cheap reproduction. Beware of these quilts and don’t waste your money!
