I ordered a horse quilt and what I got is not even a quilt and there is not 1 horse depicted in this thin, cheap blanket. They added some stupid charges so it wasn't so low priced as it appeared. These people are thieves. Avoid at all cost!

I should have read the reviews first! This stuff is pure garbage.

Please don’t purchase from these thieves I had someone use my debit card and I contacted them and they said they would give me 20% the price was $79.99 they charged 117. I opened the package but didn’t open the bag because I didn’t order it it doesn’t look the price they are con artist and thieves please don’t purchase from them they should not even be online with the reputation of thieves

I bought two quilts. Extremely cheap material, thin. Not quilted as in picture. Took two months to get to my house. They came from china... rip off. Impossible to get your money back or return.

Do Not Buy - Items not as represented - bought 2 "patchwork quilts" for gifts. These are thin cheap lightweight moving blankets with wavy stitching and printed images. These look nothing like the advertisements which must be photoshopped or AI enhanced.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! You will regret it. We ordered over 80 dollars worth of products and after about 6 weeks I contacted the company and asked when can we expect our products to be delivered? They got back to me and said that their delivery service sent the products back to the company because they said that I gave them the wrong address. I looked at the original order and it has my correct address. The representative for Cozzyhomes said that since I gave them the wrong address that they were not going to try and re-deliver my order and will not refund my money. The address is my home address and I told them that UPS, Amazon and FedEx delivers to my house all the time with no problems. I told them what ever company they are using to deliver they need to switch to a reliable delivery company. I told them that since the address was correct that if they are a legitimate business they should refund our money. Have not heard from them since. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Cheaply made and nothing like the pics. Took a month to arrive in the US.

This company is a scam and their customer service is horrible. We purchased a quilt which never arrived even though the postal service said they delivered it. They didn't deliver to our home but say they did. We were home that whole day cause it was a Saturday and we have a dog that goes insane when the mail person walks up to our house nothing was delivered the company made us buy insurance for all the good it did because if USPS say they delivered it the insurance does no good. Customer Service said they need a letter from the post office saying it wasn't delivered or there was nothing they could do. Take my word you will get nowhere with this company wish I would have read the reviews beforehand. Don't purchase from this company. I have to add after 2 trips to different post offices in our area and a call to the USPS distribution center we found out the tracking number the company said was ours wasn't it was for a 4 Oz. Package. Amex refunded our money based on the facts. I know I said this already but DON'T BUY FROM COZZYHOMES THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I ordered a blanket for a Christmas gift. When it finally showed up 2 weeks after Christmas it was nothing like what I had ordered. Pictures on-line are very deceiving. when I sent an email about a refund or return I never got a response. Worst on-line experience I have ever had.

It's absolute garbage. My grandmother ordered a Christmas gift for me from this place. She doesn't know better, she's 92. It's trash and she feels bad and it's not her fault.

Wow! What a scam! We had no way to track the order, and when I did get a response, they indicated they had no order for us. Credit card was charged to include Shipping, and they have a no return/refund policy. The “sheet” came with postage due of $12.00 and a label stating original shipping label was fraudulent! So we had to pay AGAIN for shipping only to get a crap piece that was supposed to be a quilt! It is as thin as a sheet, size of a throw. In fact, you can see thru it! Criminal!!!!

Buyer beware. A rip off. DO NOT do business with this Chinese supplier. Will NOT receive product. Bad Quality products and super bad delivery service

Rip-off. Said items are made to order and it would be 5-7 days to ship. Well one MONTH later no shipping or tracking. I reached out to them and they wrote they’ve been on holiday and won’t start shipping for 3-4 more weeks! I asked them to cancel and they offered to not send my item and refund 50% of what I paid! The nerve! Keep half of my money, because you can’t fulfill your orders! Thank goodness I used PayPal and got an immediate refund. Avoid this scam company!

The quilt looks nothing like the photos they display.

This is just another foreign company that is ripping off Americans. I ordered a beautiful, vibrantly-colored bedspread from them but the item that FINALLY arrived looked nothing like the picture. The fabric is cheap and thin, the print pattern is out of focus, and the colors are dull and muddy. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE PEOPLE!

Ordered a full size. BARELY covers the edges. "Quilted" with nylon thread - in China. Web site makes it sould like they have people making quilts like they used to! Took almost 3 weeks to make and ship. Backing is a cheesy tricot ugly gray material. Wash it and you'll have little balls all over the back. They do have a refund policy. Too bad noone ever answers the phone,; no address to mail back to. Bingo! Your 7 days are up. And you are stuck again with cheap chinese "quilt." Just printed
material that looks great from a distance, not up close. For the price, i could go to a high end store and buy something really nice. VERY disappointed in business and product. Hmmm maybe our husky will like it since they DO'NT answer. Quilting is just a loopy pattern. You usually quilt with the pattern of material. No batting either. Grrrrr

The worst quality products I have ever ordered. They implied the quilts were hand made by women in the USA. What a shock after waiting 6 weeks past my expected delivery date and then realizing they are from a sweat factory in China. This company should be banned from the entire world.

I ordered this quilt has a christmas present. It was late, and the quality was sub standard for the price. I was highly disappointed. I would have purchased 2 more quilts, buy they ate not worth the price. I would not recomend buying any. Who ever wrote they were extremely satisfied must have received a better quality. I am glad it was late, and past christmas because it would have been embarrassing to give . Lessoned learned here.
