My husband ordered me a $200 double bubble king size blanket. Looks like a gigantic, old used stuff animal.. I prefer my $20 throw. The fact that he paid so much for this monstrosity truly makes me hate it.

This company is completely incompetent with ZERO ability to respond to any problems (which they created), ZERO customer service, ZERO human beings available who you can communicate with to resolve their error, and ZERO ability to do what they promise. I tried placing an order over $1,000 and when I tried to get them to respond to their website error they said they get right back to me. I’ve followed up 7 times and keep getting the same AI fake answer telling me they will respond asap and yet don’t.
And if I was an investor looking to buy stock in this company I would run in the other direction.
I give up trying to place my order-I found the exact same thing 50% cheaper on Amazon anyway so fine with me they didn’t want my business!!!

I am very disappointed with my experience ordering from Cozy Earth. Customer service is slow to respond, lacks compassion, and offered no compensation or meaningful solution.
What’s most frustrating is the lack of transparency. Nowhere during checkout was it clearly communicated that shipping would take this long. I was later told to expect a 16-day delivery window, which I am currently still in — and I still do not have my sheets.
For this price point, I would expect significantly better communication and much faster shipping. If I had known upfront that it would take over two weeks to receive my order, I never would have purchased. I needed these sheets much sooner.
Cozy Earth markets itself as a luxury brand, but this experience has felt anything but premium. Buyers should be aware that shipping can take far longer than expected, with little communication and no effort to make it right

Worst company ever. Completely ripped off. They stated they shipped my entire order but only shipped the pillowcases and free swatches when I purchased a comforter, duvet set, split king set and extra pillowcases. Almost $1000 worth of items never received. Their customer service is completely useless. They are a fraud!
Editing to add that after several weeks and 4 hours 36 minutes of my time I FINALLY received my items. The amount of effort and frustration for my products absolutely not worth it. They had a member of senior leadership reach out and he apologized to me after listening to the numerous calls but that apology doesn’t solve anything nor does it give me my time back.
Product is nice, soft, beautiful color although I don’t believe the bamboo really helps with regulating body temperature because I’m actually waking up hot MORE now than I was with my prior Amazon set that cost less than $100. Disappointing experience, disappointed with product after using for a few nights. Review remains 1 star - if I could make it no stars that would be more accurate.

While product reviews for this company vary and are generally very good, the customer service is awful. If you trust the word of a physician and I'm a recently one, please know that my comments are reliable. I also when I'm being deceived. In this case I was mistreated. Customer service at Cozy Earth is terrible. Terrible!
I have called and written to customer service several times, to no avail, and asked for a senior executive to get back to me. That will never happen.
I recently purchased a set of expensive plush throw pillows and a large blanket for our home, which on receipt was different from what we expected, and I obtained a return shipping label for these items after completing a detailed evaluation of each of the items being returned.
I received one label, while the items came in two heavy boxes. I went to the UPS store as directed with 2 copies of the label and was informed that one label could be used per box and that I needed another label for the other box. I was at the UPS store 20 minutes before closing last night, initially thinking this would be an effortless return, and I was leaving this morning, so the items needed to be returned last night.
The UPS staff affixed the label to the heavier of the 2 boxes and I called the customer service number for Cozy Earth. I explained several times the situation, with detail, and informed James that I needed a second label emailed to the UPS store and I gave him the email address. This was read to him off a sign given me, seven times.
We waited and waited and I was on phone for 36 minutes, documented, and still there was no label. I emphasized that I would be away for several weeks so the boxes needed to be returned then and there. The store suggested I purchase a larger box and they affixed the label on the outside of the larger box, in which they put the two boxes. I took photos of all, including screenshot of my phone call duration. I quoted $48.80 cost to me to return the two boxes in a single larger box and James said he made a note of it in the case file.
Later that evening, upon return home I saw an email from him, with directions to take the box to FedEX! Terrible customer service. Better yet, today I received email from another customer "service" representative who said they cannot reimburse me anything for my trouble, specifically the cost inflicted on me due to their errors, but offered me a $30 credit toward my next purchase. I will NOT use the credit and will NOT take a chance to buy anything from them ever again.
I still haven't heard from any executives and bet I won't. Do NOT buy from them. You won't get justice if there is a post purchase problem. Trust that. Trust me.
Cozy Earth is NOT cozy!

STAY AWAY FROM COZY EARTH! I spent nearly $400 on one of their bamboo sheet sets. The sheets did not fit the mattress (they were WAY too big). I slept on them for 2 weeks and washed them. They picked and pilled and pulled in the wash. You could almost see through one of the pillow cases after the wash. So, I decided to take advantage of their 100 night guarantee and return them. It has now been over three weeks since they received my return, and I still have not been credited. Getting through customer service is a nightmare. They just keep telling you the same thing over and over.....but still no refund. STAY AWAY!

Taking 3 weeks for a refund. Wouldn't honor price adjustment for an order placed less than 24 hrs prior. So I had to place another order which was $175 less than the original AND pay the restocking fee for the higher order. Not very earth friendly if you ask me. Fitted sheet already pilling and shedding after 2 weeks of use. Very slow to respond to email and chat hardly ever online.

I ordered a set of bamboo sheets in March 2024. I was confident since there is a 10 year warranty. The seams started ripping on the fitted sheet. I had to take a picture of the rip and file a complaint. No problem. They sent me a replacement that did not match the set. They told me that the dye color had changed. So now I have an unmatched set. According to CE, the only way to get a matching replacement set, is that each individual piece starts to rip. This has been going on for 2 months. I hope the Better Business Bureau can help resolve the issue. Before this happened, I had already purchased a second set.
Update: I received a refund. Really love the product. Sorry that this happened.

Customer service went above and beyond to assist with a messed up order, for that I am very grateful.
Great quality pajamas & sheets!
A luxurious treat!

I ordered a pajama set on 12/11/25 from Cozy Earth website. It was shipped but lost by Amazon Shipping. I am not a complainer but Cozy Earth's Customer Service was awful. This was a Christmas gift for my wife. Even after I contacted Amazon who told me it was lost, Customer Service told me I had to wait to get a refund. I will never shop from Cozy Earth again. I compare their Customer Service to Bombas, who I placed an order with as well. There was a hiccup in delivery from them, they sent me a free pair!

While the product seems of good quality, the description was somewhat unclear: I thought I was ordering a set of pajamas, but in actuality, only the top. The $11.99 restocking fee is very high and vague in what that means. In reality, it is a return shipping cost and should be stated plainly. The return policy says it's a processing fee. Based on an online clothing shop, I would not order from them again.
Update 12/29
The return is in transit. In the email regarding the return it states that after the item is inspected and return processed it will take 14 days to get a refund on the original form of payment.
Just another reason to not order from the business.

Received defective towels and was told new ones would be sent. It is now almost a month later and there has been nothing resent. I have reached out and keep being told return was received on November 29th and it is under review. Today is December 24th with no communication from the company.

I ordered a shirt in large, which is my normal size, and it was way too big. I returned it and asked for a refund. It took two weeks and two phone calls after they received the shirt back for me to receive my refund. Their tracking never showed that they received the item (but when I called they confirmed that they did). And they charged a $11.99 restocking fee. I have never had a clothing company charge a restocking fee. All in all, a bad experience and I will not order from Cozy Earth again.

I was a loyal customer for several years, really appreciating the quality and softness of their clothing, bedding, and towels; however, as they have moved away from their core competency, I found a clothing set I did not like (it was so uncomfortable). As a long-term customer, I remembered the days when they offered no-risk free returns, but apparently, they dropped that policy earlier this year. I had purchased the item for $109.53. So, I entered the return process which gave me 3 options: 1) store credit of $109 (yes, only $109), 2) refund for $97.01 which docked an $11.99 processing fee off of a basis less than what I paid, and 3) shopping spree of over $200 (which represented the non-sale price of the items I purchased). Considering I lost money with the first 2 options, I went with #3, even though it was difficult to find items that I didn't already have but knew I would like. After putting things into my cart to exceed the value, I tried to to check out and 2 things happened. First, the items were advertised to me at their sale price but upon checkout went to their full price. While misleading, I could understand it since my shopping spree amount was for the full price. However, it also said I only had $109 to spend at this point! Customer service was useless, never fully understanding the technical "glitch" I was describing. They also could not explain why the original price paid less the $11.99 processing fee ended up at $97.01 when it should have been $97.54. I finally cut my losses, and requested a refund, vowing never to patronize them again. Other reviews called their behaviors suspicious and I doubted them until this poor experience. Then to make matters worse, they only refunded $97 to me, stealing yet another penny! Just imagine how much these fees and pennies add up for them...

Cozy Earth added a $7.14 optional package protection charge to my bill with out asking for my approval. I did not notice it until my package arrived. These hidden charges should not be legal and I believe they are not legal is some states.

I ordered some items from Cozy Earth and one of the items I had ordered was missing from the package. I called them at first and the wait time was 46 minutes so then I did a chat. The chat bit told me that there wasn’t another package being shipped to me (I thought maybe separate shipping) and to wait two days before reaching out again. So I did and called and got an AI thing and she said she would send me an email to start my “claim” of the missing item. They would not ship me a new item and would not refund my money until I filed a claim. I have called and chatted and emailed and I NEVER got the email to file a claim. This is THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM COZY EARTH AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND IT. in fact I will contact the people that advertise for it and let them know they are promotions a HORRIBLE company!!

I’m starting to think this isn’t even a legitimate company. I’ve reached out multiple times about my order. It said it shipped 3+ weeks ago but still shows it’s in “pre-transit”. I reached out to their customer service team multiple times and they are unwilling to help me figure out what’s going on and they have not even responded to my last two emails.

Update: On Jan. 2, 2026 I received an email from jk at Cozy Earth about my situation. He/she indicated my order was lost in transit and that the item should be been reshipped immediately. The item was reshipped overnight and my original purchase price was fully refunded. He/she apologized for the experience (which makes a difference). While I will not order from Cozy Earth again, I am pleased with the final outcome.
I placed an order which arrived in a timely manner. I needed to exchange one item for a different size. I initiated that exchange on Nov. 14, item was received by Cozy Earth on Nov. 18. I called twice (Nov. 26 and Dec. 12) and was told both times, after lengthy conversations, that the package was being expedited. It was never sent the first time and tracking indicates the second time it is has a shipping label but no movement in 4 business days. It is now Dec. 20. Neither customer service rep apologized for the issue or inconvenience. I love the products but will not buy from them again. I doubt that I will see the exchange item and then will need to go thru the hassle of getting a refund.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. Bought their bamboo sheets, and they felt great when I got them...then one week later - yes, ONE WEEK - there was a large hole in the pillowcase and a large amount of pilling. I contacted customer service to say I wanted to return these clearly very low quality sheets...and was told I would have to pay a return processing fee, since I didn't want a replacement through their warranty program. Why would I want to receive another set of sheets that develops holes and pills within a week? No thanks. And then I have to pay to return them? Unbelievable. Can't remember ever being this disappointed in a product and customer service. Buyer beware.

I have to rescind my previous review for Cozy Earth. Initially, I had a horrible experience with their customer service - however, after posting my review, J.K. reached out to me directly and went so far above and beyond to rectify my issue. As I stated before, I love their products and now I can say I truly appreciate their level of customer service. Highly recommend giving them a try!
