Very poor experience with this company. I bought the fleece baby romper back in September 2024 for my new born, he has worn this item half a dozen times approximately. I noticed over the Christmas period that it is becoming to come unstitched and now has gone from bad to worse. I emailed asking for an exchange/refund and the reply was…

Our policy for reporting faults begins from the day of delivery, rather than the day an item is first worn. This is to ensure we can address any issues as quickly as possible after the item has been received. Unfortunately, as your purchase falls outside the 30-day timeframe, we’re unable to offer a resolution under our fault policy.

My baby didn’t even wear this item in the first 30 days!! If the item wasn’t so poorly made then maybe this wouldn’t have happened.

In the past I have purchased clothing items from small businesses and big brands and they have been amazing at resolving this without a problem even if it is half a year down the line.

I have also received some gifts for the baby which look cute but the material seems cheap and poorly made.

Wouldn’t return in future. Seems like this company just favour celebrities and not the public👎🏽

The best quality and the nicest tracksuit. Sometimes it’s hard to find outfits (especially bottoms) that stay on an active 1 year old however the joggers fit perfectly. Absolutely adore the brand and can’t wait to place more orders x

Love the tracksuit and packaging is lovely. Just remember to double check embroidery colour as I accidentally chose black embroidery on navy and had to re-buy. I would have thought as it was hand packaged maybe they would check if it was a mistake however I was offered a discount on the replacement and fast customer service
