I got scammed told me they were getting a new shipment after seeing online they had the product I wanted available I ordered feb 28 they were getting "new orders" by march 31 I still havent heard from them. SCAM SCAM SCAM

As others have said, if I could give this company a 0 rating, I would!
I requested that my order be cancelled almost 2 weeks ago due to a shipping delay. I needed the carrier for a holiday and it was no longer going to arrive on time. The company tried to offer discounts and delayed communication, so that by the time I had requested the cancellation multiple times, they then advised the order was ready to dispatch and couldn't cancel my order any longer.
I have disputed the transaction with my bank as the company is refusing to provide a cancellation even though the order hasnt been dispatched yet. I havent received any confirmation of the order being shipped and after reading reviews, I doubt I will receive the carrier in the mail either.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY- IT IS A SCAM!!!

Have requested refund as outside of 20 day delivery policy. Has not honoured!

If I could give this review 0 stars I would. This company is completely unprofessional. The product was advertised with a delivery time of a week from the time the order was placed. It has been well over a month and still no shipment. They keep trying to buy time by saying the order is ready just needs to be picked up but yet nothing. I’ve asked for a refund multiple times but yet they keep ignoring my request. If you are in the market for a baby carrier purchase through a trusted/reliable source!

Terrible company, wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Ordered my carrier on the 19th February and still haven't received my order in April. Buyers beware, my advice DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Terrible company and horrible customer service! Do not trust this site. Like many others, I never received my carrier after several weeks. Complete scam. I have to dispute the order/charge through my credit card company. I will be ordering the Mabe carrier instead.

Ordered almost a month ago and been told there was a manufacturing delay. Customer service have refused to refund and keep telling me its been shipped but no tracking details have been received. They would rather destroy their brand reputation than refund customers when appropriate

Should be a 0 option! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They are fake and you will lose your money! They have used photos from other websites and photoshopped their logo off the carriers. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Paid in full. One month later nothing got delivered.
Customer service is extremely poor. We're 70 Euros short and still nothing delivered. No reply on refund, no reply on shipment, nothing.

Terrible company. A complete scam. I feel like an idiot for not reading reviews before ordering as all the reviews below echo my experience. I have not received my product after 9 weeks and multiple e-mails saying “Fulfillment is working on it” and “it will be sent out by _ ( enter date ).” I just reported them to my visa as a fraudulent transaction.

Not a real company. Avoid!!! Product will never arrive and the response team is autogenerated.

Zero should also be an option for such frauds. They are SCAMMERS who are ripping people’s hard earned money. Close to a month, no product and no refund. Keep saying they are checking but nothing still. PLEASE DONT FALL FOR IT. Save your money while you still can.

I was also waiting weeks for my carrier, with multiple emails saying they were speaking to fulfilment. As soon as I mentioned a refund, they said it was on its way and couldn’t be cancelled. When I said it wasn’t acceptable … I very surprisingly got a refund! But then an email two days later saying they can’t give me a refund because it’s on its way. So strange! Bank confirmed my fraud case closed because cozy carriers had already refunded me. Totally agree it’s a scam … I am just lucky (and shocked considering the reviews) I got a refund!

SCAM BUSINESS! Ordered and never received item. Emailed got robot responses. Asked to cancel and refund and getting radio silence. Wish I had thought of looking them up here first. Disputing with bank.

Wish I could give it zero. Also that I was smarter and read reviews first… been almost 2 months and nothing but emails saying it’s “comming”… won’t refund me anything and completely ignores that. I feel like an idiot, definitely a scam. I’m going to have to try and dispute with my bank.

My reviews match all the rest. Exactly the same thing happened to me. Scam!

I even raised a dispute with Klarna and they told me to cancel the dispute then they would offer me a refund - I stupidly did it and no such refund and now Klarna won’t re open it because i cancelled it.

Just like so many others THIS IS A SCAM!
Ordered over a month ago and have had back and forth emails with AI generated emails saying that there was a problem with the fulfillment of the order.. weeks of this and now I’ve asked for a refund and they don’t reply.. wish I had seen these reviews!

Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing!! Same story, ordered and never received and was sent robot response emails that didn’t even answer my questions. Currently trying to get money back through my bank :(

Images on website have been stolen from a legit company. Stopped replying when a return and refund was requested. Have had to dispute with bank. I tried to cancel and refund immediately, but instead they sent a tracking number and said ‘unable to cancel as it’s posted’. Eventually a carrier was delivered, but it is terribly cheap quality and has a bad smell. Hoping the bank can get my money back.
