Scam!! I order a carrier 2 months ago and never received any tracking info. The companies emails kept saying they will check with the fulfilment team and that it’s just waiting for pick up. So annoying. They did not refund me and have stopped answering emails.

Ordered early March now is end of may and my parcel did not arrive. I have wrote them an email they said will get back to me and still nothing. Is a scam

Placed an order 24th of March. Received no communication regarding shipping. Sent an email to check on the eta. They said there was an issue on the manufacturer side and there is a shipping delay and offered a 10% discount. I asked for a date as I am happy to wait a bit longer as long as I have a date. I followed up they said they are shipping another one and offered a 20% discount. Another few weeks went by I followed up and they said their waiting for courier to pick it up. I said dont worry about it then can I just have a a refund as it's been 2months since I placed the order and now have followed up weekly without any response. Please please do not buy from here.

Total Scam website! Please dont buy anything as it doesnt arrive. They dont even send it out to you! Waste of money and time. Super disappointing, no refund or reply to emails. THIS WEBSITE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND REPORTED.

It’s a scam. Don’t waste your time and money ordering from this website. I have been waiting for my order for more than 2 months now and it never arrived. They kept offering me discounts when I tried to cancel my order.

Like every other review I experienced the same trap. Ordered early Feb by March still nothing. Emailed them and they said they’ll send a replacement or 20% refund. Got to April, nothing, not even shipping/tracking details like they said. I opened a dispute chargeback with my bank and was able to get my money back. I then received an email from them advising the product was on the way and if I can get the bank to return the money back to them. We are now in May and still no product. Such a scam!

I ordered a cozy carrier on the 7th February, still haven’t received it. I was told at the end of February it was set for delivery mid to late March due to the colour I selected and still nothing. I have tried emailing and offering to select a different colour, get an update on shipment or organise a refund and still nothing. I am incredibly disappointed with the service.

Absolute scam!!!

Wouldn’t reimburse me after not sending my item. I have been emailing for three months.
Do not use this fake company. I wish they could be shut down.

I ordered my carrier almost 3 months ago and it hasn’t arrived. Customer service said there was an issue, but a new one would be dispatched shortly and a 10% refund would be issued as it’s been quite some time. It’s been almost a month since this conversation was had, no refund, and no product. No one will return my emails. Would not recommend at all.

I ordered my carrier on 19th March. It is now 17th May and STILL NO CARRIER. It is beyond a joke and I’ll be shocked if I actually receive it. I’m convinced this company is a scam who has just taken my money. I have been back and forth on emails, they take a week to even respond, I was offered 20% refund as compensation which I agreed to and I’ve still not even received that. I have chased it but still no response.
If I could give ZERO stars I would. It’s a real shame. I can’t afford to buy another carrier while they have stolen my money so my baby is going without.
Shame on you.

Ordered a baby carrier on the 5th of March and waited 3 weeks before contacting. After 8 back and forth emails of them saying it had been delayed, they offered to give a 10% refund instead of a full refund. This person is taking your money and doesn’t actually have the stock.

I contacted my bank and got a full refund thankfully. Still no baby carrier & would recommend you to shop elsewhere or contacting your bank ASAP if you have made an order with them.

Ordered 24th March, item never arrived and they kept trying to offer me 20% off if I waited for the item, told them I want a refund and surprise surprise no reply to my emails! Contacted my bank for a refund as believe it’s a scam and fraud website, now out of pocket and without a baby carrier heavily pregnant!!

ordered on 26th February and still no order. I contacted them several times and got two replies, but they did not respond to my cancellation request. Terrible company, stay away!

I too ordered a carrier mid March and haven’t received it. I’ve emailed them and they said it’s all ready to go just waiting to be picked up by the carrier, and that was over a week ago. I emailed them again asking for a refund that I no longer want my order, and have heard nothing. This company is a total scam! Will be contacting my credit card company to see about a refund.

I ordered my carrier (which showed “in stock”) early February, it is now MAY and I still have not received my order!!! I have emailed them multiple times and they keep telling me that my “order is awaiting pick up from the courier”…. So frustrating! I feel like I have been scammed. My baby is going to be too big for the carrier by the time I actually receive it… if I ever do receive it!

Do not use this company. I’ve waited over 3 months and haven’t received my order. Every time I email they give a poor excuse and say it’s being shipped or it’s waiting for the courier to collect etc. I’ve asked for a refund many times and they keep saying it’ll be sent soon. A complete scam site. I’ve since gotten a refund through my bank
