Did not have the item ordered in stock. Offered a different product which i refused. Shipped it anyway and then advised i would have to send back to CHINA at my cost!! I thought I was buying from a Dutch company based on their website and address. They seem to be touting online as a top end European supplier when in reality they are drop shipping cheap products from CHINA at massively inflated prices when compared with usual selling sites from CHINA. I avoided this as I thought I was buying a quality item based on website and cost. Total SCAM! AVOID – I would advise anybody with issues to contact the European Consumer Protection Cooperation Network about them.

I ordered a product and it came without any instructions or leaflets. The product was also badly manufactured and clearly came from mainland China, although Cozy maison website says they are based in the Netherlands. Wouldn't order again and would suggest the reviews on their website are misleading.

Avoid!!! Overpriced- extremely poor quality and appalling customer service. Item ships from Germany yet returns - 4 emails to initiate a return- need to be shipped to China. Subsequently Found same item on Temu for 90% less.

I made good expieriences because this company works professionell (contact with the customer, money back in special cases...)
