Hi Katie, we’re sorry the colour looked different in person than you expected.
Colours can sometimes appear a little different depending on the lighting in your home and how they display on screen, but we understand how disappointing it is when the rug arrives and doesn’t match what you had in mind.
We’ll be sharing your feedback with our Product Development team as we continue improving how accurately our colours are represented online.
