Dis nit last 2 years, Foam is worn so much that it feels like you are sitting on wood. For the money you pay it should last the warranty period but of course that was rejected.

What you’re noticing is something we’ve seen happen naturally over time with foam seating. Even with high-density foam like ours, gradual softening can occur in the areas that are used most often. This is due to the foam cells compressing slightly with each use and not fully returning to their original shape. Over months of regular use, this can lead to a feeling of reduced support or a noticeable dip in certain spots.
While this change in feel is a normal characteristic of foam furniture, and not considered a manufacturing defect under warranty, we completely understand that it can still be disappointing, especially when it occurs sooner than expected.
