I contacted a number of Honda dealers trying to get the e:Ny1 deal which saved you over £18k and a lot more other savings. This sold out in a couple of days. Louis from Lancaster Honda was the only one to get back to me. He worked tirelessly, often late at night and often on his day off. His perseverance eventually paid off, and on the last day he got me a car. As he was off that day, the sales manager Sam took over. It wasn’t easy as we only had a few hours to complete everything via email and telephone. Sam’s patience, knowledge and understanding was second to none. We managed to do the deal with 10 minutes to spare. Louis was also messaging me throughout the day even though it was his day off. Both of them are a credit to their company and I can’t thank them enough.
