Outstanding service

They did not spam me. They just sent "reminders" and I'm glad they did. I was supposed to go to Mens Wearhouse and get tailored measured like before at Barton Creek mall in Austin, TX. But it is cyber Monday and I needed clothes. I only had minutes to go before Cowboyhood ended their promotion. I ran upstairs and checked most of my jackets, L or XL. So I ordered XL as suggested by Cowboyhood. Great service and I loved their rapid response. I got my order in just in time. I'll give another review after my package arrives. So far though? Nothing less than outstanding!

Cowboyhood is the worst company I have…

Cowboyhood is the worst company I have ever dealt with!!! The products are cheap and are not representative of the photos shown. For three months I have been arguing with them to refund the horrific halloween costume they sent me --cheapest quality for $50!!!! Still no refund or sympathy provided????

Poor across the board

I share the sentiment of precious reviewers. The products are vastly misrepresented on the website. They are cheaply made and run small.

The entire process was neither enjoyable nor transparent. The items shipped from China and it took more than a week before I received the first update on status. It took more than three weeks to receive the items - they arrived way past Halloween. Now that I read the return policy, I realize that three quarters of the return time frame defined were taken up by the production and shipping time of this company.

This company is a total scam - the focus is on creating misleading perceptions with much focus on the presentation of the products and no regard for quality or customer service. Lessen learned!

Worst quality ever

Absolutely the cheapest material I've ever seen. Came with a "free" belt that had to have been a mistake because there's no way to actually fasten it, and "free" socks made of non-stretch material so either your foot fits and you have a sock made of loose material, or you can't get the sock on your foot because it has no elasticity. The images on the website are all AI generated. None of the garments are knit, just printed trash fabric. My only hope in leaving this review is that you will see it before you impulse order from a Facebook or Instagram ad.

Buyer Beware: Not as Described + Return Runaround

I ordered three items from Cowboyhood.com. The site shows thick 3-D knit garments; what arrived were flat polyester prints—nothing like the photos. Support told me to wait, then offered a 65% refund OR a return to China at my expense (USPS quote: $66.70). I asked for a prepaid label or postage reimbursement, no luck. I escalated via PayPal. Proceed with caution. Advice to shoppers: keep screenshots of the listings, pay with a method that offers protection, and factor in international return costs. You most likely won't get what’s pictured.

Bait and switch

Bait and switch. What I ordered was knitwear, what I received was flat knit shiny polyester printed to look like sweater knit. At their price point it absolutely possible to produce what they picture, I know because I worked in China in knitwear. Upon opening the package I was beyond disappointed by what was sent. Worst online shopping experience ever. When I contacted their service department to return the product they were very polite, called me 'dear' and offered discount coupons (for future products) to keep the goods. I followed their instructions online and sent the garments back to the domestic shipping address that they came from. And opened up a dispute with PayPal, whom I used to make the purchase. I would advise NOT ORDERING ANYTHING from this completely disreputable company. What they send is NOTHING like what they picture. Not even a close relative.
I returned all products to the address shipped from per their instructions on their site. They then claimed that since I did not ship them back to China, despite having shipped to me from a NY address, that no refund was forthcoming. So I'm out $180. They have my $, they have their crappy product. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DISREPUTABLE COMPANY!!!
