I placed an order for a jacket, I had to chase the order, two months later a jacket arrived, not the jacket I ordered and of poor quality too! I have written on a number of occasions, never heard back. Asked for a refund, but no word. Amazingly poor if not criminal.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Coveshe.

I placed an order for £117, and the items I received were completely different from what was shown on the website. The clothing looked cheap and poorly made, with low-quality fabric and terrible stitching. There were no proper labels or brand tags at all. It honestly looked like the items were made somewhere without any quality control.

The products are absolutely unwearable and do not match the photos or descriptions online. This feels very misleading and unprofessional.

When I tried to get a full refund, the seller only offered a small partial refund, which is unacceptable considering the condition and quality of the items. Returning the products and dealing with customer service has been extremely stressful and frustrating.

I do NOT recommend ordering from this company. Be very careful before spending your money here.

Absolutely appalling! Pants are nothing like they look in the website and the Material is very poor quality. And when I have tried to contact them no response at all.

I requested to return an item as it was not as expected. They made me send a photo of the item only to offer me a 10% discount on a future purchase! They said they don’t have a U.S. return location. Then they offered me a 30% discount on future purchase. Why would I make another purchase if they refuse to offer a refund? COMPLETE FRAUDS! Do NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I was worried the blue stripes would look cheap, but they arrived bright, crisp, and surprisingly stylish. The fabric is lightweight and breathable, perfect for hot weather. Thank you so much to customer service for helping me get the right size, and the shipping was super fast. For such a great price, it's an absolute steal—the quality exceeded my expectations!

The clothes are made from cheap fabric that pulls threads. NOT as shown in advertisements. Feels damp when they arrive. No labels as to what fabric actually is, no washing/care instructions.
They DO NOT accept returns - offer you discounts to buy more sub standard clothing.
DO NOT buy from this company their products are rubbish, don’t waste your money.

Note to self - read the independant reviews first. Japanese (fish pattern) trousers looked fab. Advertised as 'cotton polyester' no % given. Sizing well I know to size up when buying from China. To cut a long story short. I bought 2x trousers & 1 shirt £57 plus fee for conversion items were sold in dollars. Quality of trousers was dreadful, felt like all nylon or polyester no sense of any cotton. Emailed to return. Nightmare 14 emails back & forth. They put every possible barrier up to returns. Offering 20 & the 30% off my next order. Quality was rubbish so didn't want to reorder. Then sob story we cannot refund full cause we only make 10% profit, will cost you postage & tax etc etc. Lost the will to live. Got a refund of £5. SCAM SCAM SCAM - do not order no matter how flattering the pictures are the goods are poop!

From a UK customer. Purchased a dress advertised as cotton blend. Dress arrived, no cotton in it at all (completely synthetic, cheap quality and blurred design). No label on the dress to confirm either way (in the UK this is required by law). I contacted customer services who first stated the dress was 90% cotton, and in a later email stated it was 70%. Their advice? …..gift it to a friend and accept a 20% discount off a further order as returning the dress is costly and takes a long time.
Despite my best efforts to resolve this and return the dress as incorrectly advertised customer services would not budge.
I then attempted to claim via my credit card company, who advised to return the dress.
Eventually decided I would return it to the address in China at the cost of £12 using DPD tracked service.

8 weeks later, I am advised by DPD the parcel has been lost, and I am in the process of claiming for the lost return. I will get all my money back, but only because it was lost, which has gone in my favour.

No-where on the website does it say returns have to go to China at the customers expense. You have to email them to find this out. This is misleading.

Summary: in my opinion, goods are not accurately or honestly advertised. The dress was awful quality, cheap and synthetic. I think this company are counting on people not returning their orders and making a LOT of money on what they sell.

I will be encouraging friends and family to avoid this company at all costs, unless they are prepared to throw money away if goods are not as expected! Save your money and go to Primark!!

The delivery took so long that I almost complained. Luckily the customer service gave me a discount and explained the delivery issue. The fabric is soft cotton and very comfortable to wear in the summer. In the end I was very satisfied.

I looked at the Japanese style trousers.for a long time before buying. I should have trusted my instincts. I would warn anyone against buying the fish patterned Japanese trousers. They are a horrible thin shiny material, poorly made and the prints pattern is very blurred. The material looks as though it would split/ rip if worn. I have emailed to return and receive a refund, I awaiting outcome of this but will report on my experience at a later date. Do not buy

I purchased 3 tee shirts and a beach coverup. The fabric is clearly synthetic, despite being advertised as 100% cotton, and there are no fabric labels including care labels stitched into the garment. In the US, this is a violation of the Federal Trade Commission rules. Under the Care Labeling Rule, most clothing sold in the U.S. must have a permanent care label.The label must provide at least one safe cleaning method (e.g., machine wash, dry clean, etc.).Labels must be attached permanently and remain legible throughout the useful life of the garment. Applies to: All wearing apparel, including garments made for consumers.

The pants are creative, colorful and original. The material is polyester.

I love your products

I was really impressed with the customer service. Initially, I had an issue with the tracking information of my order, and I was worried I wouldn't receive my dress on time. But the support team was incredibly responsive. They quickly sorted out the problem and kept me updated throughout the process.

Wow, Buyers beware!! I ordered a wide range of pants, sweaters, beach wear, and other layering pieces for my vacation. When I checked out, I used express shipping as I wanted to make sure I got everything a week or so before I left on my vacation. I received my order almost 2 weeks after my vacation. Then when I received my clothes. OMG, horror. The sweater isn't a sweater, just a printed on Fish pattern, the pants material are so cheap and not even sewn correctly. The size of the clothes are not to size, but worst of all they printed all these patterns on material and they bled into the material and are not defined. Now, I am in the process of my return. They tried to give me a 20% credit on my next order. What, not ordering from them again. They are telling me now I have to pay for shipping the product back and the taxes on this product. Coveshe is making this so difficult to return. I will keep you updated on the return... so, it is the 2 July, 2025. Coveshe wants to compensate me 10% of my order that was $225.87. I said absolutely not, I want a full return and I will happily send them there product back. They haven't responded back. I ordered this 10 May, 2025 and almost two months. So my advise to everyone is run, run away from buying anything at Coveshe

I gave my email and phone number for a 50% discount. That turned into a15% discount on site

Efficient, convenient , thorough

I thought I ordered pants and a shirt but I received two shirts. When I went back to the site and order form the second item said it was pants in the words, but then a shirt was pictured. I figured they just made a mistake with the images on the site. When I asked to exchange they would not and doubled down that I had ordered a shirt even though the site was clearly confusing. When I asked to return they said it would be too expensive, that I should just give the order to a friend as a gift and they'd offer me 20% off my next order. I told them I'd never order from them again so the 20% wouldn't do me any good. Then they offered to return 10% of my order.

They did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation that started with mislabeling on their site. I'm not taking it up with my credit card.

The only positive thing is that their customer service was quick to respond.
