I ordered a mobile cover from Coverly and completed the payment two weeks ago. Since then, I have not received the product, any tracking details, or a single proper response from their team.
Their customer care number (9220725584) has been completely unresponsive, and all my follow-ups have gone unanswered. This is not the kind of service expected from a professional brand.
I’m sharing this so others are aware — please resolve this urgently by either dispatching my order with valid tracking or refunding my full payment immediately.
I’ll be updating this review once the issue is resolved. Hoping for a quick and genuine response from Coverly.
