The cover seems well made. The fit is a little baggy but overall, I'm happy with it. We'll see how it holds up over time. I have a Beverly Hills cover for my Trans Am that is 40 yrs old and it's in great condition other than some fading. My only complaint with the Coverland cover is they say delivery within 5 days. It took 11 days to get to me and I'm only in the Midwest.

I am updating my review from Feb.25, 2026. As of March 9, 2026, The manager of Coverland has resolved our issues to our satisfaction. I also want to state that although the car covers and seat covers for my Subaru did not work out, the seat covers for my Chevy Silverado are good quality and I'm very pleased with them.
We ordered, “custom,” seat covers for our Subaru Ascent as well as car covers for it and our Chevy Silverado. The products were supposed to come with return labels, if they weren’t acceptable. Both cars are new and we wanted to protect them. What could go wrong? Answer: Plenty!! We ordered them Nov 2,2025. We were told they’d arrive in approximately 2weeks. After reaching out to the company, they arrived Dec. 10, 2025. On Dec. 11,2025 we contacted the company to return them as the, “custom,” seat covers didn’t fit and the car covers were to heavy to manage getting them out of the house and onto the cars without 2 people all the time. Not functional. We boxed all the products and contacted the company less than 48 hours after delivery. We were told they’d need pictures of the products. We sent pictures. They sent us a copy of their, “ no hassle,” return policy within 30 days. Their policy states they would send return shipping labels and process a refund. We were then told that it was longer than 30 days and would we accept a partial refund. We sent proof of shipment and delivery date to us by Fed Ex. of shipping Dec.2 and delivery Dec. 10. We contacted Coverland Dec. 11th., less than 48 hours after delivery. We were ignored. We called and requested to speak to a manager. We were told there isn’t one on site and they would get back to us. After several business days, we called again and requested a manager. We were hung up on. We then contacted our charge card company and after much discussion and research, the charge card company requested we reach out to Coverland again and closed our dispute . We contacted Coverland again and the manager contacted us , Feb. 11, 2026 stating due to the dispute with the charge card company, he couldn’t send shipping labels or the refund until the dispute was resolved. Understandable. We sent written proof from the charge card company of closing the dispute. We contacted him again on the 13th and 14th. At this time, he has not contacted us, sent the shipping labels or issued a refund. It is Feb. 26, 2026. I regret ever dealing with this company at all and it looks like legal action may be necessary to hold them to their own refund policy.

The cover arrived and looked great. I was excited to try it on my D 90, but then (oh no!) I had forgotten that my off road Land Rover had a snorkle! And yep, that was enough of an aftermarket part to make the perfect factory fit a bit wonky.
Well, Bryan at customer service was on it! He provided a full refund and even got his team looking at how to handle the aftermarket parts issues. Overland vehichles with winches and steel bumpers can be hard to find covers for....Snorkles are also challenging. But Coverland has great customer service and the goal to get a perfect fit for my rig. So I am looking forward to their off road covers that will solve my land rovers unique situation.

Product arrived in a timely manner. Installation was not difficult, and took about 1.5 hours for the two front seats. The appearance is as advertised.
