Missed the renewal date but very easy to pick up a few days after expiry and get excellent cover at what I consider to be a good price.

Good, clear policies and forms with competitive price
The cover offered and the levels of cover were easy to understand. The online questions were easy to understand and complete. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was that I found having to deal with two separate companies with two separate payments for travel and medical insurance somewhat confusing.

Already have Covered 2 Go insurance so it was fairly straightforward. Quote seemed high but compared to other travel insurance it seemed reasonable.

Easy to access and arrange. The coverage was good. The medical screening was slightly confusing and added significantly to the cost unnecessarily in my view as one of the procedures I reported was specifically excluded I discovered later but they still loaded my premium as a result!

The whole process was quick and…
The whole process was quick and efficient. The only thing I didn't like was having to leave the site to do the medical screening then return to the quote to add the screening, I didn't find those instructions that easy as everything else.

I was given a quote which included 10%…
I was given a quote which included 10% discount due to the time we have been with you.
I tried to register a medical condition online but it wouldn’t work.
As I result I phoned to register that I take statins. The operative registered this and confirmed there would be no increase in the premium.
I then went to pay the premium. Typed in the medical reference number and you increased the premium by more than 10%.
So much for loyalty.
