Poor customer service
I was booked in to get my bumper repaired and then a couple days later I was in an accident so my insurance was then sorting out all repairs. So, I contacted Coventry Auto Bodyworx to say I no longer needed their service (with plenty of notice), and asked for a refund of my £70 deposit. They came back to me and said they cannot send the full amount (it doesn’t state that anywhere on their website and they don’t tell you that when you book it in), but they would send half. I accepted the half refund but they never asked me for my bank details so I assumed they were able to do it without needing it. Kept checking my bank to see if it had come in but it hadn’t so I contacted them about it and they said they had sent it, but I’d still had nothing from them. Turns out they sent the money to a completely different bank account without even checking with me and now they will not fix their mistake. Really poor customer service.
