Do not USE this company at all!
It’s a SCAM!!!!! Based in China mislead into thinking UK company and no actual refund policy at ALL , poor quality and long delays in delivery-avoid at all cost!!!

I wish I could give a lower review than one star. Trousers were poor quality. They were tight round waist and FAR too short. They were very expensive. I was refused a refund as they were supposedly sale items. I had to receive a credit against future purchase. What a con. DONT USE THIS CROOKED COMPANY.

The dresses that I ordered were absolutely a joke when I received them. They were totally different, the quality of the material appalling, the style unbelievably a joke. This was disappointing especially aftre waiting for 2weeks honestly. Proper rip off. I wouldn't advise anyone to but anything from this shop..

I have asked SIX times for a return address to return the "linen" (not linen - synthetic) dresses which were sent to me, clearly used and without any verification labels. Six times the business has failed to provide the address or confirm the refund. If you look below they have a history of not refunding for their shoddy products. I have told Trading Standards and now the police to whom I am providing the Companies House link to this company (and the other companies the same people are Directors of); i have told Companies House too and sent them all a link to these comments. These charlatans should do what they say they will - they certainly don't have an "easy returns" policy. They do everything they can to wriggle out of it and think that their AI generated emails and responses will fool us.

Completely mislead by thinking this company was based in the UK and after waiting over 2 weeks (still havent recieved my order yet) im dreading it arriving after reading these reviews. I bought 2 pairs of trainers at over £70 and I cant believe they can get away with swindling people out of their hard earned money. Pissed off right now isn't the word. Can't believe martin lewis hasn't got involved yet. May be worth an email to him to get these people shut down.

Deal with this company at your peril. Poor quality of dress was only the start of it. Returns process terrible and 3 months later I still haven't been fully refunded even after following their directions to the letter. Not only that, I had to pay extra shipping charges to China for the privilege. Contacting customer service will get you a pleasant response but little results. Believe all the 1 star reviews.

Would also give no stars if that were an option. The item I received was simply not the item shown on the website- awful, cheap quality and looked absolutely nothing like the photo. They also state 30 day hassle free returns, however they insisted I cover costs to return the item to China, which is not made clear on their website. I was also given seven days to do so. I asked for a re-paid returns label given the circumstances and they ignored my email and two subsequent follow up emails after that.

Zero stars. Do NOT buy. Very poor quality.

If I could give zero stars or less I would. I bought a dress advertised as linen and in reality it’s made from the cheapest, flimsiest viscose type fabric which has a fake made from cotton tag inside. This is a con company based in China registered to a ‘Mr Li’. I have requested a refund and they have offered only a credit note on the basis that I pay for the postage which will cost nearly as much as I’ve paid for this sorry excuse for a garment. After several email exchanges with them I’ve given up and will report them for fraud instead. PLEASE AVOID AND DO NOT BUY from this rip off company!

Would have awarded 0 stars if this had been an option. Wish I had read these reviews before ordering - a lesson learnt! Dress extremely poor quality both fabric & finishing & nothing like the photograph. Would give to a charity shop but concerned they might view as not fit for sale. Will probably just put it in the bin!

Would give zero stars if possible. Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. Order took two and half weeks to arrive. Credit card statement received today shows 2 orders - I only placed one order. Second transaction is for £71.94 which I did not order and did not receive. Have asked for refund but not holding out much hope.

My husband bought off the website and never looks at reviews.Now he knows why I always check reviews first. He didn’t realise the company was based in china. The jacket and shirt are very cheap looking and poorly made. The size is small and definitely not accurate. The clothes you receive do not match the website pictures. Absolutely awful!!

AWFUL DO NOT ORDER, dress looks nothing like the website, they responded initially offering store credit and now won’t respond to emails, not easy returns and poor quality!

Scam site, poor quality from China, refuse refunds, tried to return items to China that were refused and sent back to me. Company then offers a voucher to spend on their site! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I ordered two dresses which took ages to arrive. I didn't realise I was ordering them from China. Then when I received them they were a completely different colour from their website and they did not fit well.
I arranged a return which was not easy at all and cost me £17.
When it did arrive it sat at customs waiting for a payment to be made by the recipient. They wouldn't pay and offered me 50% of the return which I declined. I ended up getting the money back from my credit card.
Terrible stay away!!

I bought two dresses, they took a long time to come. Tried to send one back and the returns process is horrendous!! You have to send the goods back to China, it costs a lot of money. Tracked my parcel and followed all instructions and it has been held up in China at the customs for weeks still not released. Offered half of the money in a credit note which I still have not received. Stated that you must spend it within a month. Recommend do not purchase from this site.
Following the response below from Couture Moda I have sent the information requested, however I have constantly been e-mailing the customer service portal without gaining a productive response!! So watch this space will post the outcome when I receive it

I should have read reviews as they all true - dress l received was terrible quality (market stall type) supposedly reduced from £100 to £50. This is a scam as Ts and Cs say you cannot have refunds only store credit on sale items so basically everything is “reduced” so you cannot get a refund - l tried to cancel order same day as it hadn’t shipped and was met with total refusal since it was more than 4 hours after ordering. It took nearly 2 weeks to arrive and wasn’t as l expected - the size was far smaller than their guide and did not fit - no where near / so the guide is not correct as l measured myself correctly. Update - Olivia offered credit to buy another item (70%) and keep the item or to ship it back and have 120% credit. As shipping costs are high l opted for 70% credit - l will see if a friend wants the dress if it fits them so not all bad l guess. I’d of preferred a cash refund but at least they are offering something even if it’s not ideal. I think on reflection they would do better to just reduce their prices to reflect that quality may not be what you expect. But they are responsive.

Bought very over priced dresses from this company as they looked great in the pictures. (Should have known) cost me £29 to return to China. Didn’t realise when buying that they were based there. My parcel sat in customs for over three months. No full refund and they cost me £150!! It’s a big risk ordering from this company. Products not worth the money and costs a fortune to send back. Only reason I am giving it a two is that their customer service dept did answer all my messages.

I returned items at a cost of £32.95, the goods are still at the depot in China waiting to be collected on the 6.8.25. They wont collect or refund so don't waste your time and money sending back. Don't use this company I will always check Trustpilot in future.

0 star rating, if that were possible. Looks absolutely nothing like the item online. I'm so annoyed I didn't read a the review before buying. Please don't give this company your money, it's shocking.
